How to Race

How To Race

Just one more time as a reminder, here's how Neophyte racing will be run for acquiring a license.

Pre-Race
1. Contact a moderator about wanting to race. Discuss a time.
2. Show up at the track on time.
3. When all participants have arrived, the moderator can begin.

The Race
1. The moderator will announce the starting of the race and the first round, the stats of the track, and any other pertinent reminders he/she deems fit.
2. Lane 1 will go first by rolling one 6-sided die.
3. Lane 2 will take their turn.
4. Any other lanes will do so as well, (in order according to number).
5. After all lanes have taken their turn, the moderator will announce the end of the round and total up the distance so far for each lane. They will announce the beginning of the new round.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for every round, until a Tallion crosses the finish line.
7. If more than one Tallion crosses the finish line in the same round, the one with the greatest final distance wins.

House Rules

- You may talk, chat, converse, loiter (respectfully), etc, in this thread when no races are being held.
- When a moderator has announced the beginning of a race, DO NOT post, or interfere in any way until the moderator has announced a winner, and the end of the race.
- Feel free to practice, or race with friends on your own.
- Only official races, held by a moderator, will go towards acquiring a license, wins/losses on records, or any other official information.

The track is now 30m in length. We'll see how long that takes, and I'll alter it as necessary.

Very first race! I'm just beginning this one, Mika will take over.

Okay, this is the Neophyte track, 30 meters long, first to 30 wins! No other important information.

Here's the order we'll go in.

Lane 1: Mulberry (Kitty)
Lane 2: Teennine (Sorry, forgot their name. sweatdrop )
Lane 3: Airina (Mika)
Lane 4: Zann (Mia)

That's the order, everyone roles one six sided dice each round, the mod will announce the start and finish of each round. You add your totals from your rollings and the first to 30 Wins!

Unfortunately I'm not going to be around to finish, so I'm not going to include myself as a racer. >_> Poor Dia.

Okay... Round one, GO!
