The Five Different types of Aviahs

Once upon a time, there lived five small kittens. As they came upon a wounded pixie in the woods. The pixie asked to be put in a spring nearby, one filled with magical healing waters. [How convenient!] And so the five kittens labored, putting the small pixie on their backs. Slowly they trudged their way to the spring, and threw the pixie in the water. Two of the kittens slipped and fell in, but quickly rose back up like floating leaves. She might of been feeling a bit grudged at that fact she was thrown in, the small kittens unable to support her weight very well, but nevertheless was thankful. She asked the kittens what they wanted, in exchange for their kindness.

" I want to fly like a bird!"

" I want to race as fast as the eagle,"

" I want to be able to travel around the world."

"I'd like to jump off.. what do humans call it.. a building?"

"OH. I WANT TO BE A BIRD. NO. A Dog. A dog-bird! >3"

The first four kittens turned back to stare at the last kitten's wish.

The pixie sat down on the rocks for a moment, and told them she would grant their wish. " Your wishes may all seem different, but they are the same. Except for the dog."

And so the pixie granted the kittens wings. So that was how an aviah was made.

Why the heck are there Demonic Aviahs?

As the breed of aviahs, the winged kittens, grew larger, they soon dominated the forest area. On one of the pixie's visits to the aviahs, a particularly spiteful aviah saw fit to kick some dirt in the pixie's face, when she was not looking. The pixie was highly offended when the kitten's group was bullying some others with mean pranks, and they had yet to apologize for their mischief. She punished them, by turning them into malformed kittens known as Demonics or nightmares. They go by many names.

" Your family from now on, any offspring you shall bear, will be cursed with looks equal to the spite you bear, which seems like very much anyways, and from then on your future generation will be cursed with deformities. "

Ironically, they looked only more horrifying, and it aided their efforts in claiming territory over a cave, as their other families were too ashamed of their looks and actions to call them their children any longer. Any whose parents bravely kept out of love in the aviah's village were shunned and treated as non-existent causing demonics to move away. Be aware that not all demonics are spiteful, but they are simply cursed from the actions of their ancestors, and are no different from normal aviahs, their negative feelings are causing from loneliness or other reasons. Their strong negative feelings grow from the world below, a world full of sin, and sometimes they develop powers due to the strong negative forces. (Just because they are negative forces doesn’t mean their power is solely for evil.)

How Angelics came to be...

It happened one day when a wandering pixie dropped a small, glowing marble-like orb in the lake, one of the pixie's treasures, but alas it dropped by unnoticed. Later on this pixie would take no heed of it, and simply leave the matter of the lost orb on it's own. But for now, it remained in rest under the blue waters.

Several kittens were playing near the pond, but the orb's shinyness caught an aviah's eye as it secretly went off to claim the orb. Everybody knows, that little kids love shiny things. Curiosity took over the kitten, and she tentatively licked the orb trying to see if it was food. It had a peculiar taste, but no matter. It seemed rather edible to the kitten. The kitten swallowed the orb. What happened next? The orb, being on of the pixie’s treasures was an marble full of heavenly energy from the space and heavens. It was an rare object to come across, but not extremely rare. In the magical world, it was a common rare to come across. What happens when one swallows it? The intent for it is for machinery and certainly not for food purposes.

At first, other aviahs thought something was most wrong with the kitten, since the kitten seemed to be in most pain. But slowly, to everybody’s amazement, the aviah grew extra wings and a glowing bracelet to mark the symbol of the heavens. They gained holy powers and other mysterious traits. These aviahs came known as ‘angelics’ because the angelic traits would pass down in breeding. Angelics are considered too holy to remain in a herd of ‘normal’ aviahs was placed in a area with an holy altar for the heavens. Here they can be found wandering around the general area, only if you can spot one. They are a rare species.

General Rules

Have questions? Post them in the thread! All other official issues like price quotes go to the mule.

When your Aviah reaches the adult stage, Upload it to your own server.
Co-ownership is availible.
All trades and information is due to the mule within 48 hours. (2 days)
If the information is not given within a month's time, it will NOT grow, and remains the possibility of losing ownership.
Do not PM anybody for a pet or any form of harassment for a pet or breeding etc. Depending on circumstances, it could be a grey or black listing offense.

Flatsale Rules
All Flatsale Kits are 3k.
If you're proxying for a friend, get one for either them or yourself. You cannot obtain them both.
Specify.
Wait for the GO! post.
Five minutes of silence will be issued before the GO! post.
Flatsales posters before the Go post will be ignored.
Post-editing WILL result on a grey-listing offense. :'D So dont try it!

Auction Rules
The main thread rules apply here.
Anti-snipe rule. Any bids placed during the last minutes automatically have a snipe guard of 10 minutes before it ends.
Calculate your own bids or it will not be counted.
Non-store items worth 10k+ are accepted 90% tektek value.
If co-owning, please post so along with your bid.
Minimal increasement is 1k.

Raffle Rules
The rules depend on the raffle.
All tickets are 100g no matter what.

Roleplaying Rules
NO godmoding in any way.
Keep all RP under PG-13 please.
Aviahs CANNOT talk to humans not should humans be involved with detailed RP(s).
During times of RP, use brackets or something if you're talking OOC. (Out of Character)
Include everybody! <33 Share the love.
As a cosplay, you dont have the special powers the original person has. If you do want the same powers, please PM the mule to have the idea approved. This goes for normal aviahs as well. Special ability wise-- aviahs are completely normal in that point.

Custom Rules
The amount of time a custom is done in varies.
Slots aren't reserved. Its first-come first-serve.
Once you send in your form for a slot, its final. D<
If you want to ask for a price quote, PM the mule with the colorist.
Pure gold and Donation items are accepting at Mid-TG. Nitemare/Angelic Headbands are also accepted. Because they're pretties. :'D

Q. Are the owners crazy?

Q. How do we go around getting an Aviah?
A. The usual way. Flatsales, Auctions, Events, and Raffles. There may be free ones given out from time to time.
Q. Can I bribe you?
A. There are affordable customs so wheres the need to bribe? x) Also pet trades are open as well. <3
Q. Can I get one for like. Free?
A. Absolutely not. Unless its a free event. We dont allow begging either.
Q. Can I color one?
A. Unless you're staff or there's a coloring contest, No.
Q. Is there a limit to what we can own?
A. If they're normal aviahs, then feel free to own as much as you want. <3
Q. When does our kit grow?
A. The time varies on the colorist. If it hasnt been grown for a long while, SMACK the colorist.
Q. Can I suggest an idea?
A. Of course! Feel free to ~
Q. I love aviahs like they are socks. GIVE THEM OUT MORE >O!

This is the regular aviah that can be obtained through any event. The most common aviah there is, Basic. Flatsale aviahs will usually grow to this stage, unless otherwise stated so.

The Different Breeds ..

Elders are a special stage, obtained only through a certain event, pet trade, or item. Lots of activity can help your chances of obtaining this stage as well. <3 It is a rare stage to grow to.

Breeding Rules

Both parents need to pay a total of 4k.
Aviahs must be fully grown before breeding (ie. Adult)
Please specify which breeder's slot you would like.
Litters contain 2-4 kittens.
Aviahs may breed up to three times in their lifetime.
Kittens may be given away or sold back to the shop for flatsale price. After that, we may do what we please with the eggs. Nothing wrong intended. 8D
If aviahs mate with direct family members ( ie. siblings or first cousins) it may result in birth defects.
One owner of the couple must be active, but both owners must decide on the ownership, names etc. of the baby; Dropping in once a week is active ;3
