<b>::Welcome to the Meadows::</b>
At a time when the world was new, Feeranah Featherwhistle and Nirrah Skyhook were rulers of the skies. Every beat of their wings, every draft of new air pushing them beyond the heights were words of law. Underneath, the world came into being. The air turned cloudy with perpetual rain that fell nonstop 'till it had emptied it all and became oceans and rivers bursting with florid life. Dragons, unicorns, and all manner of beasts spread out across the land, living off its vast supply of fruit and grasses. But none could swim the skies like the birds could.
Nirrah and Feeranah were parents to many; grandparents, and ages more. Their firstborn were the most known however. These were such as their great-grandchild Gryphon, born from the union of bird and beast, long ago when love held no boundaries. Among these was Sparieh Skyfeather. His feathers were raven black, and flew swiftly across the sky like a shadow. And that he was to the world of birds. For Sparieh had been born with four legs and four wings...not two, like his brethren. This made him an outsider, a stranger...before the Gryphon, no manner of bird took its claws for granted. The bird soon vanished after he took flight. He was pursued by Kithrah, a sparrow, who had been detirmined to court him before his untimely disappearance.
Though the legends of the great Sparieh and his mate Kithrah have lost their way in the world of man, their blood lives on in the great beasts of the world's end. They look nothing like their ancestors save for their birdlike appearance; generations upon generations of survival have changed their forms, gifting them with incredible size, strength, and intelligence. Sparieh's Children are confined to the meadow of their birth by tradition, but every once in a while, a daring young couple breaks free of this safety and security to the other ends of the world, where unsuspecting travelers may happen upon their eggs and chicks, and if they are lucky, will survive to inscribe their mark in a strange and perilous land.

Yaaay! Three more pretty adults. And the nests still lay empty o-o Now...a flatsale is almost definite. It'll probably happen once all the children have grown up {Well, from the last flatsale, not the auctions :3} There'll be ten chicks, 5 male, 5 female. 3nodding

Bigger update than the last. I have a few things in mind. :3
One: The flatsale children have now begun growing up, as you saw with Noehanu. Look forward to more in the week!
Two: Seeing as how its becoming much more active in here, would anyone like to have an RP thread put up in place?
Three: And a flatsale is in consideration for the upcoming weeks, after many of the existing Sparieh are adults n' all. =3 Color suggestions are lovely, too. Just wondering if anyone would be interested if one were to take place...
