Due to the updating and whatnots being done by our lovely Gaia staff, the original Devereux got "lost". So, I've decided to resusciate it since it seemed to be doing so well.
Welcome. The Devereux is an RP in a bar setting for any creature you can be. Lycans, vampyres, kitsunes, demon, angels, slayers, you name it. Follow the few guidelines I've set and have fun.
Here, again, are the rules and guidelines:
- Literate RP only! If you don't know what this means, go here.
- No Bumping.
- Quotations around speech are appreciated, but not required. If you do not use quotes, however, please use a different color, italics, or bold font variances to denote the difference between speech and actions.
- Use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling, please. Typos aren't much of a problem, but try to proofread your post before you submit it.
- No fighting inside. I don't need my bar torn apart because you have a vendetta aginst another patron. Take it to the roof, the courtyard, or one of the towers.
- Leave all firearms and bows at the door. I will not have my bar shot to pieces.
-No godmodding, puppeteering, or one-hit kills during a fight. It's frustrating to the other person and makes you look like an a**. Take the time to actually set up and describe a decent battle.
-Keep quoting to an absolute minimum, please. I'd rather not have them at all, if I can help it-it takes up so much room and looks really bad. Use names so people know who you're talking to.
- Follow the TOS. Anything that would get you kicked off Gaia, won't fly here.
