THAT'S RIGHT! I'm Questing to get a Halo to be Lotto'd off to the people who donate to the cost of getting one. I have spoken with a mod over this issue, about running a lotto for an item that I currently do not possess, and then I asked about other options I had, and one option I suggested seemed to be ok. And that option was that people who donate their gold to the lotto, not considering it buying lotto tickets, but a donation that results in lotto tickets is fine. This seems like it will be a never ending quest, so it will be some time before this lotto will be run, unless some unforeseen person leaves Gaia and just so happens to be gracious enough to donate the halo to the quest. This is a never ending quest to draw together people who are questing to get the item, to come together, to put all their funds that they are willing to allocate to it, to pull it together with others, in the chance of receiving the halo.

arrow Bump freely. The more people that see the quest/lotto the shorter the quest will be, and the sooner I can run the lotto after purchasing the Halo.

arrow Please be kind to one another, arguing and debating is fine, but try and keep it in a respectful manner.
arrow When the halo is obtained, there will be a 2 week grace period to be sure I can contact everyone that donated to the quest, to give them the chance to be around once the lotto is run.

arrow Lotto winner will be chosen at random by www.randomizer.org

arrow The lotto winner will have a trade sent to him/her and given one full week to claim the prize/confirm the trade. If the trade is not confirmed in one week, after the winner is chosen, they have forfeited their prize and another will be chosen and they will get one week to claim the prize as well by simply confirming the trade.

arrow If in the case that the Halo trade is not confirmed after 3 people have been chose n at random, then the prize will be forfeit, from the lotto and most likely given to someone who is questing for it.

arrow Bump prize will be given to the best bumper of the thread, so NUMBER them.

arrow Highest donator will also receive a prize.

arrow 2nd highest donator will also receive a prize

arrow If items are donated, and the offer is accepted with items and pure, the value of the items donated will be assessed by current market value at that time, or at the time it was sold for pure for the offer.
arrow Once an item is donated, it can not be sent back, so please be sure you want to donate the item or gold you are sending me.

arrow I will send all gold and items sent to me as a donation to an unknown MULE account so that it will be safe from users/hackers/myself(lol) so for any reason, all the items donated will be safe from events, as well as from the risk of me selling them too early, and or spending the gold that is ment for the lotto... tho i will be buying donation letters with the gold sent to me, because donation letters will increse in value with time, thus shortening the length of this lotto.

arrow Be sure to let me know some how, that the items/gold you are sending me is for the lotto/quest. if i dont know that, then i may forget to add you to the donators, or think the gold is for something else... so please, be sure to let me know somehow in the subject line of the trade "FOR THE QUEST" or "halo" "oR anything... even a pm will work.
