A brand new city has opened up in the land of Cartoons! It happened literally overnight and to the North was this huge city! There were lights everywhere in it! People and creatures of all types flocked to it.

And in the middle of it all was a girl named Cindy.

Cindy had long, mahogany hair cut straight. It flowed down to her mid-back. Her eyes were a stunning green. Her figure was absolutely perfect! If one didn't know better, she would be Kanan the mystic Swordswoman. She even had a sword at her hip. It was really quite something.

She walked as if she wanted any man for herself, but whom she really wanted was Jonathan Bogard.

Jonathan Bogard was a musical fighter that had moves that was beyond belief, his guitar skills were extrodinary! And, just like any Bogard should, as the new Bogard trademark was, he had the long blond hair. His eyes were a bright blue. And his figure was as skinny as hers was.

Jon was the uncle of Terry Bogard.

Will Cindy win the Heart of Jonathan, or will she end up falling in love with someone else?
