Fellow Arrancars,this is the place where we will have our meetings..Anything that happens here should not get out. Other Arrancars should only be notified when it is for them to know.  As you can see,im am that dragon,i would be spending most of my time in here,I would fix everything that is needed in here.Anyone who is not an Espada and dares to go here will be punished to death!!

4.)Suggestions
If arrancars have suggestions,just ask them and you should be the one to tell it here 'cause Only Espadas Are Allowed Here!!

"well let me tell you sensei before I became an arrancar, no before I even became an hollow I was a quincy before when I lived a seperate life I was a man of honor a powerfull quincy but when Forced into a losing battle I used the sanrei shuto but by taking it off I destroyed my enemy but later it striped me of my powers when confronting a hollow, the hollow posessed me leaving the quincy to kill me then thats how I became the person I'am today with the bitter taste of my former self in tact".
