Self explanatory, if you have poem you want to share post it here. If it's someone's other than your own, please put their name on it. Plagiarism is just not cool.

A Poem Called Love Some times love means sacrifice. Some times love means pain. But the one thing i'll remember........ Is the time we spend together
Sometimes we fight Sometimes we forget The passion we feel for eachother I've known love, i've known pain But i'll keep trying
To feel the way i do about you now The tender feel of your lips on mine It's like heaven.
Someday we'll forget eachother Then we will move on But somehow a part of us will never be the same It's love thats touched us, made us feel whole. And I will never complain.
This poem has been writtin by me and me alone and if you copy it i will report you.

That's a very beautiful poem. :] It's true what you say at the end, that even though they might move on, things about them will never be the same anymore.

This is a poem my twin sister Ash wrote for me a few years ago. I have her permission to post it here.
Twin Sisters
Held together by a single bond, Stronger than diamonds but More fragile than crystal
Sharing a look But each with a unique Personality and perspective
Together we are unstoppable While our strenghts make the other more compleate
Our weaknesses prove that We, too, are indeed mortal Beings, just like you
But also show that together We compleate each other And make one perfect whole
Inseprable, unchanging, inspirational Ever loving, always feuding, awe inspiring With hopes and dreams, and shared secrets
We will never fully appreciate What we have together Until it's no longer there
Who are we, you may ask? Twin sisters Be jelouse

That's amazing. I had something similar, but ... I can't find it. >_< I might've lost my journal of poetry. D:

This was written by my best friend few weeks before she died....
Always
Please don't be sad When I am gone. Because part of me Will always be in your heart.
I don't want your eyes To fill with tears, After I have been Laid to Rest.
And if you should feel My presence in the air, It is only because My spirit is always with you.
I just want you To have a happy life. Don't dwell on my absence, Dwell on the memories.
I will forever be with you For know I will, Because my soul always be, The twinkle in your eye.

In prosperity, our friends know us...I call this poem "Unrequited". It's a poem I wrote for my other guild's poetry contest. It's basically how things have always been with boys for me.
I see your smile and the pain disappears, Your dark eyes make my heart flutter and melt, Your lilting voice is music to my ears, I'd say this is the most giddy I've felt, But my affections go wholly unseen, And your oblivious words burn like ice, Leaving me feeling like some lovesick teen, I'm addicted to you and that's my vice, Seeing you happy with another girl, The envy consumes my most fragile soul, My mind is spinning, my heart in a whirl, But I know my place and shall play my role, The sister you never had, just a friend, And I'll stay beside you until the end. ...in adversity, we know our friends.

Here's a poem from my Journal :3
Heart Break
We once met... It felt like love at first sight... I loved you then, And I love you still... I gave you everything i could, And everything I couldn't... Iet you decided it had to come to an end... You wanted to love someone else, I don't blame you though... Its understandable, I'm not real... Not real at all... Love betrayed me, Love is a confusing thing... It leads us to high places, Gives us a meaning for existence, And then it kills us... It drops you from those same high places... It destroys your meaning to live, Just as quick as it gave you one... Life now as no meaning, For without you... Life is just not worth living...
(It was a very... Bad... Emotional time for me... I'll give you something better later on today :3)

Shinku, I'd like to thank you for sharing that. It takes alot of courage to share poems, or writings especially if they were written during a difficult time in your life. Like mine, still makes me cry... -hugs- I like it very much.

Some of the greater things in life are unseen...I was reading through PoemHunter.com earlier and ran across this little ditty. I like it very much so. It captures the true meaning of life and love. 4laugh
Life In A Love Escape me? Never--- Beloved! While I am I, and you are you, So long as the world contains us both, Me the loving and you the loth While the one eludes, must the other pursue. My life is a fault at last, I fear: It seems too much like a fate, indeed! Though I do my best I shall scarce succeed. But what if I fail of my purpose here? It is but to keep the nerves at strain, To dry one's eyes and laugh at a fall, And, baffled, get up and begin again,--- So the chace takes up one's life ' that's all. While, look but once from your farthest bound At me so deep in the dust and dark, No sooner the old hope goes to ground Than a new one, straight to the self-same mark, I shape me--- Ever Removed!
Robert Browning ...that's why you close your eyes when you kiss, cry, or dream.
