I know that I am not always online to be monitoring what is happening in the guild. So I will be promoting members to crew, and some crew to vice. But this is what the Moderators will have to go by.
These are the rules.
1) Moderators will monitor post. when a post is complained about the Moderators will be notified, the Moderators will then let the owner of the post know that he must change the post or it will be deleted. (Moderators will not edit posts, the person has chosen to write his post the way he has and you as a Moderator have no right to change his style of writing. If Moderators are caught editing post they will be demoted.)
2) Moderators will take care of misbehaving members, if the misbehaving member does not listen to the Moderators ( as in the Moderators have given them many chances to right a wrong) then the Moderator will notify me and I will take care of it by talking to the misbehaving member myself and need be, banning them.
3) If a Moderator sees a misspelling in another Moderators post ( or any members post) they will let that Moderator ( or member )know. ( as I said no editing posts because maybe that person intended to write it that way.) and if the Moderator who wrote it lets you change it because they realized it was misspelled then that is ok.
If I think of more rules for the Moderators I will let you know in this post. And if any Moderators are complained about because they are abusing power it will be brought to my attention. not another Moderators. Thank you for your help in making this the best booty grab guild.
