Though he's just a bit smaller muscle-wise, seeing as how he didn't receive direct genetic testing like his father did, he's an inch taller as well. With a handsome face, his steel gray eyes hold a haunting coldness in them from his father's assassination, and some past experiences. Veck looks nearly thirty-five when out and about in public, and will typically wear clothing that accents his built figure, whether it's a simple T-shirt and shorts, or a tuxedo, it is clear he could probably snap some bones without much difficulty.
Veck's left leg is completely robotic, having lost it in an 'accident' when he was young. His hair is closely cut, blond.
×[Personality] Veck is much more realistic than his father was, being able to not have the all-around-goodness that his father had. Actually, in a sense, he's more or less the opposite of his father in personality, but is fighting for the same cause. He can get mad easily, though sometimes it just depends on the circumstances. However, despite this, he can still be very caring towards the few he's truly close to. Veck swears often out of habit, and isn't a super genius, but is smart enough compared to most normal people of the country.
×[History] After Captain America was killed, and Veck's home blown up, and his leg lost at thirteen, he was taken in by Tony Stark for a few months. Tony built him a new leg, and even provided him with replacements for when he grew out of them. During his time with Mr. Stark, he became sort of friends with Star's daughter Pete, though with her fairly rude personality, they became only sort of friends that fought rather often. After the agreed upon few months of Veck's stay had ended, he stayed with another friend of his father, Hawkeye, who he didn't like all that much either. From then, Veck has stayed with the Avengers, and helped follow in his father's footsteps, even becoming the leader of the Hero Registration Act's Resistance. Though it took some work, since he's still rather young, he's obtained quite a following.
