Bio: He was a commander in the civil war,but he sold out his group. One of the fathers of a dead squad member went for revenge by killing him and trying to kill Jonah. Some Indians found him abandon, and the did a ritual that brought him back to life. Now he is a mercenary, hunting his families murder.

Powers: He has no powers but has alot of technology which is built in his suit and is very smart
Bio: Bruce Wayne was 11 when he watched his parents get run down and shot by a robber just wanting his Mom's neckalace,after that his butler Alfred Pennyworth then looked after Bruce as his own and then Bruce had stumbled into a dark cave and bats swarmed scaring young Bruce,From that moment he wanted to face his fears something like an alter ego from his fear to another part of him like he was two-faced and after becoming older and wiser and with the help of Alfred Batman was made

Location: initially Star City(But he was in the justice league ,so he can be anywhere)
Appearance: he was a green hood, anfd green tights, and shirt.
his hair is blonde and so is his beard. His eyes are blue.
Powers: He is a sharpshooter, And he has tons of trick arrows such as a glue arrow, a net arrow, explosive arrow, time bomb arrow, grappling arrow, fire extinguishing arrow, flash arrow, tear gas arrow, cryonic arrow, a boxing-glove arrow, and even a kryptonite arrow.
Bio: He used to be a mayor of star city, but for some reason(not sure why) he became the green arrow.
(sorry but i can't find a origin for him.)

Ok i'll let you be Lex but as the story teler I'm not sure about how powerfull I'll actually allow him to be, basiclly if he wants to really be a threat he's gonna have to join the hellfire club Name: Alexander Joseph "Lex" Luthor Occupation: Weapons Manufacturer Location: Metropolis Abilities: Possesses a genius level intellect (Although not really an ability but whenever he is fighting Superman he can always some how pull kryptonite out of his a**.) Appearance: Lex's most distinguishing features is his bald head and light tanned skin. Lex prefers wearing a business suit in public or during business. Although at times when he is getting his hands dirty Lex can be seen wearing a his combat suit. Lex also has a battle suit that he uses when fighting Superman.
Background: Lex Luthor is one of the smartest villains in the DC universe. He is an expert in all areas of science such as space travel, extra-dimensional travel, biochemistry, robotics, computers, communications, mutations, teleportation, and etcetera. Lex wants world domination and once he gets that he will expand his dominion over to the rest of the universe. Lex is quite capable of helping mankind but instead he uses his genius to benefit his own schemes.

thats cool that some one is lex. Plus we do need more villains i think we only have 3 so far (you, vincent, and Bullseye).
Just for you to know because there is not lots of people yet and there might not be lots of people in metro polis you can go to different cities.
