This is las vegas. A live active city in Nevada.
Jonah was riding away from the cops on his horse. He could feel the girls grip on his waist. he wasn't sure if she was afraid or just getting into it, but it didn't bother him. He started to ride next to big buildings but at least it was still daylight, cause he hated neon lights.

Nightcat was filled with excitement and some fear. She really had never ridden a horse before. She hoped that where they were going, she could help rather than just slink around.

"Ok, have you ever used a gun?"
He handed her a gun, and turned the horse around. He made the horse go full speed toward the guards.
"Now shoot!"

Arkham walked down street. He kept muttering something looking into his journal.

Nightcat aimed the gun as best she could on the horse and shot at the guards. She had never shot a gun before, but she had handled her father's several times. Most of her shots hit their target. The rest hit the ground near the guards.

"Good shooting, but hold on."
Then suddenly the horse jumped over a cop car. Jonah then steered the horse into and alley. He hopped off and waved for night cat to do so. I haven't been here in over 100 years, but my hideouts probably still here.

Nightcat slid off. She handed him back his gun with a grin. "To be honest, I'm surprised that worked so well," she said, "I've never shot a gun before."

"Yeah now get in here." He shoved her through the door. It was a backroom and he found some stairs to a basement. He went in there and found a second door. And inside was a hidden room.
"Here this is safe, It has all the supplies we need."

Nightcat looked around Jonah's hidden room with interest. "Wow. What's this stuff for?" she asked. Did Jonah need to hide in Vegas often? Why?

"Its obviously to hide out." He sat on a chair and touched his head. He needed to think about everything.

Nightcat sighed and sat down. She looked around the room, supposing it was none of her business why he had a hideout in Las Vegas.

Jonah grabbed some ammo, and stood up.
"Come on lady lets go."
He opened the door for the girl and waited for her to go through.

Nightcat stood and walked through the door. She went back up the stairs and out. She waited for Jonah entrance to the backroom.

Jonah went into the room.
"I'm sorry little lady, but tis is where our team ends. Paths cross and end or thats what my pap used to say."
He started to think about his dad and his family before they were murdered.
"You can stay here, or get a mechanic, and I'm going to ride."
Jonah whistled and his horse came to the back door. He jumped on the beautiful horse and rode. He needed to get out of the city. He prefered the desert alot more. But there was one last place he needed to go. Regretful Lake. He rode out, people still staring. He couldn't tell if it was from the horse or his face but it didn't bother him. But then he figured it could of been the revolver in his hand. He laughed to hiself and headed out.

Nightcat scowled and watched him ride away. There was no way she could catch up to him on foot. Plus her only mode of transportation was broken down. She growled in frustration and headed back into town to find a mechanic.
