(yes there are going to be some elements from the blackest night/ brightest day green arrow.
also I'm sorry if its not so good, i just didn't want to pop star city up andhave random stuff, i wanted to put some type of story))

A Earthquake happened in star city a week ago. The city is still try to build back up. 80% of the population is homeless and poor. The rich people are not doing there best and chaos is ruling the city. Also a part of Star city has became a desolate forest. No creatures live in the forest and it just popped up over night. There have been rumors of that is where The green arrow has been hiding. Also admiration from the population towards the green arrow has risen as it has decreased for the politics. Plus to top it of A group of anarchist are quietly but quickly controlling the city.

Green Arrow watched from the top of the trees as a couple of punks chased a girl. He watch her scream for help but no oine was there. He watch them chase her down in the forest and tackle her, and start to punch her. He picked up his bow and arrow and aimed silently. Then just as silent he let go as the arrows slid through a couple of the punks head. Then he shot one at the last punk and he fell down with the arrow in his leg. He jumped down and picked up the girl and she said thank you. Then she ran off. Then Green arrow walked ot the punk.
"I know why you are after that reporter, she was the oe who reported on that new gang. Now tell me where are they hiding.'
He shouted no repeadetly
"Too bad, i thought you would want to live. You peice of dirt."
He got his arrow and aimed for the head. He shot again and blood squirted from the head of the punk.

Rose began humming a song, really making it up as she went along. She clearly was lost here, her actions showed it. Her pupils were wide as she was taking in all the details here.
Just then she stopped "huh?" she whispered as she noticed a red substance growing on the floor. It was blood. she stepped back looking around for the killer

Green Arrow looked up to see a girl. She looked shocked.
"Don't look like that, there punks, rapist, I was doing good for this crap of a city."

She squinted "oh so your where the blood is coming from.." she studied him for a while in silence. "hmm.. well, you don't look like you'd do any harm to be honest.." she said taking off her trench coat that she had on, "at least not to little girls like me" she said winking.

She smiled "rose. And how about you stranger" she said studying him more. She really never seen anyone that looked like him before and he reminded her of herself before she became a villain. She too used to kill the rapists and the criminals of the cities but was framed for every single one.

She leaned against a wall very close to him "this little girl is lost. I've never been in this city before, and honestly I don't even know what I'm looking for anymore." she said

"You can come to my place, its probably the safest, follow me!"
Then he left into the forest,hoping she would follow

She giggled. "alright then if you say so.." she said and began following him into the forest. She was probably safer with this guy than stayin in the city anyways

He walked to the forest feeling the waves.
"Be careful, you will get lost!"
He continued till he got to tree house he lived in. It looked small but he knew it wasn't.
He started to climb a ladder.
"This Way!"
