well right now im still making a story so really all you can really do is wait cause im deciding what powers will be like and who the district leaders will be and so on and so on

I know what year it is, but what kind of condition is this RP set in?
A post apocalyptic earth somewhat like Fallout 3? Is it in good condition? Futuristic maybe?

Well its really destroyed but yet there is still some order to it but district 11 is its own place entirely its like Hueco Mundo

I don't want it to look like Hueco Mundo, but I'm going to want to assume you mean it's like a different realm like Hueco Mundo.

ya it doesn't look like Hueco Mundo its just its own Dimension so I'll let you decide what it looks like

K so on January 31st im am gonna start adding stuff to sub forums
And then on February 2nd I'm going to get people to start making profiles and I'm gonna start recruiting
Finally if things go as planned the day after Valentines Day we will hopeully be up and running
