Other: Gabrielle has a little...issue...when it comes to her wings. Half-angels, like full angels, have wings, but unlike full angels those wings are not always manifest. For Gabrielle, she is unable to control exactly when her wings appear, and although most often they are not present, when she gets startled, or nervous, or excited, or otherwise has a spike in emotions, her wings tend to suddenly manifest themselves. She has no difficulty controlling her wings once they have appeared, but their actual appearence can cause her much difficulty; she has had to make a point of carrying a small sewing kit with her so that she can patch up damage to her shirts from her wings bursting through unexpectedly.

Bio: Both of Gabrielle's parents are half-angels. She inherited her height from her mother and her heavy-boned body structure from her father, which resulted in her looking less like a stereotypical angel than either of them. Her family mostly lived on earth, working as agents for Heaven, since as half-angels they could travel freely between the two. Her parents were VERY much aware of their race. Because they were half-angel, they considered themselves superior to humans and rarely associated with them outside of business; because they were half-human, they believed they were inferior to full-blooded angels, and would behave humbly and subserviently around them. Because of this, Gabrielle grew up quite isolated, taught she belonged nowhere. All her life she's striven to be as much like an angel should be as possible. Eventually, though, she couldn't take her lonely life any more, so she set out to try to fit in with humans. She's never been afraid or ashamed of herself around humans. In hopes of blending in, she attempts to keep her half-angel heritage quiet, but her wings don't always cooperate.
