so.. How may charry's can we have? and, how many more charry's need to be made before we can start?
As many as you feel you can keep active. Pretty much, know your limits. Don't make a character if you know you don't have time for them. Of course, the nice thing about this being set in Panem, is that it's pretty reasonable if you decide to kill off a character to make your load lighter.
And I'd like to have all 24 tributes, but once we've got five, or even once you've got someone you wanna roleplay with, you can do some casual stuff like having your character go on a date or something.
