Well I mean.... wouldn't Alucard win?? I mean he is imortal and all... sweatdrop I think if he wasn't there then the other's would have a chance and I think that... hmmm grave would win... I mean I haven't really seen Dante in action except for the manga but... I don't really remember... lol OH isn't he some monster thing?? I dont know... If I knew more about Dante then it would be easyer for me.

Dante is from Devil May Cry. His father was a Full demon (Sparda) His mother was human. They had two twins. Virgil and Dante. Both half human and half demon. Mainly they have above human abilities and they can devil trigger into demons and become even stronger.
As for the vs. Alucard would win regardless of how much power you have. Unless they are using his own bullets against him and there isn't enough blood around for him to absorb. Then it is possible to kill him, that is what I got from the TV series, not the new ova that came out and the manga. How he came back from getting thrashed by incognito.
Alucard: Restrictions on powers would have to be set to a fair limit and he could use both his handcannon's.
Dante, depends on what weapons he can use. His two pistols Ebony and Ivory with his main sword Redemption would be plenty. Anymore and he would have to much power.
Grave: Both Cerberus and his Grave would have to come into play for the all out and he needs the hat. Got to have the hat. cool
Spike: even with all his weapons, he is still to fragile.
Vash: Sissy, would be taken out fast. Pacifism in a brawl is like a fish on a bicycle.

I would think that Alucard would win but I can't really say who would fight against him. I am not entirely sure on Dante's streangth and if he's a half demon, than that would count as somethin. Ofcourse Spike would be like the first one to go, but I think Vash would be dodgin bullets and all that. Vash isn't just gonna lay down and die, he's gonna put up somekind of fight and would some people.
So, in the end, I would have to say Alucard.... I suppose stare
