During WW1, A group of German scientist were sent to an island (which is horror island now) to work on their experiment in peace. At the time, they were at the process of creating a "lethal" weapon.
Xyliana was created by that group of German (Nazi) scientists, but one scientist gave her the name Xyliana. Months went by, and Xyliana was tested on repeatedly. Her Mental, and Physical strength were periodically tested and they soon found out she was Physically weak. Due to that, they locked her in a room underground and draw blood from her multiple times. Xyliana became their failure project, but was kept around to find out what went wrong and how to make a better experiment. After a year, the scientist got the word they could come back to Bonn Germany. After a week, they packed up and left, except for the one who named her Xyliana, he stayed behind.
The One scientist stayed behind due to how he had no life back at Germany, and also felt like he's dead daughter would want him to stay with Xyliana. Years went by of Him teaching Xyliana the human ways, how to speak, increased her mental power, and taught her science.
When the year the island became what its known now, the scientist died of old age, and Xyliana was found. They kept her as management due to how she knew the island very well, and was useful to them due to that and the fact she knew anatomy, physics, and science very well.
