Character Skeleton *Note: Please send all skeletons to me in a PM, and do not post anything until you see your character is up!*
>> I would prefer everyone to use photos of real people, rather than anime, if possible. (I'm pretty OCD, and so I like to keep things consistent!)
>> Any questions, please feel free to ask! I'm pretty easy going, so if you have some idea or anything that you aren't sure about, by all means, give it a shot!
>> NO godmodding. Your character cannot be the best at everything, and cannot be above MY rules as creator of this RP.
>> This is going to be a "Game of Thrones"-style RP, but keep the violence/romance/cursing/etc within the rules of the guild.
>> It was noted that Dragon Warriors exist in House Faledrake -- These will be limited, as it will be a rare post, and almost entirely within the family.
>> Please write at least three sentences per post, and no text talk.

Name: Hadrian Raorenson Gender: Male Age: Twenty-Six House: Roarenson Allies: Houses Wykeham and Rowntree Enemies: Depends on the circumstances. Personality: Hadrian is a fairly serious guy, though he does have a joking side as well. He is loyal to a fault, and would never do anything to hurt those he is close to. Oftentimes he tries to find a way to make everyone happy, though it doesn't always work out. Bio: Hadrian Raorenson is the eldest son of the House Raorenson, and takes his position as heir to the House very seriously. His mother was pregnant with Lord Roarenson's son before she and the Lord were married, which is why Hadrian is so old compared to the rest of his siblings. He also cares very much about his family and friends, and would go to the ends of the Earth to keep them safe. He often puts himself in the way of trouble to try and stop fights- especially when Terryn goes looking for trouble. He knows that if nobody stopped half of the fights Terryn tried to pick, the boy would be dead by now. Hadrian is also an excellent swordsman, and if given the okay by his father he is always eager to fight alongside Lord Raorenson's soldiers in any battle. Appearance: Username: Tigerlvr_Bailey
Name: Rosina Volpine Raorenson, likes to be called Rosie. Gender: Female. Age: 22. House: Raorenson Allies: Houses Wykeham&Rowntree Enemies: Houses Bolbec&Faledrake Personality: Before the eyes of the kingdom, she carries herself with a sense of pride, from the way she crosses her hands to the sturdiness of her eyes, an established royal manner pushed upon Rosina at birth. She is, of course, a proper princess. Despite that drilled in Raorenson passion, she is just as sweet and loving, and can't help to bend the rules a little when out of the eyes of silly court politics and can be herself away from her younger sisters that look up to her. Rosina would much rather kick off her heels and run through the forest any day. She doesn't turn a blind eye to anything, minuscule or large, and can be very observant. Her family means everything to her, they are her teachers as she is to them, and most beloved in her heart. Her heart is big, but her strength is frail. She has never been trained to battle, but speeches and words is where she shines. She could have the word over armies.
Bio: The eldest first perfectly healthy baby girl born by the king and queen of Raorenson. Large eyes and screaming lungs, and despite not being another bouncing boy, their mother could not be more pleased to finally have a baby girl in her arms. Dresses, fabrics on fabrics, lace on lace, the mother enjoyed having a girl and begged for more after having her hands full and fun bathed in Rosina's silly antics. But as years went by, the silly games had to end as things got more serious to the growing child's eyes. Living in their castle was not the whole world, there was danger outside.
Once, when she was little, she had had enough teachings and schooling for one day, so the little fox, true to her middle name Volpine, knotted her bed sheets together and climbed down from her window to escape to the forest. It hadn't been entirely the teachings, she was a little fluffed that her brother and Leo were with their father on a hunting trip, and she wasn't allowed to go along. Not a place for young girls. They always played together, and it was a little obvious the little girl had a little crush on the elk heir. But she was beginning to find out where she couldn't follow. Pishposh! Rosina ran at first delighted at the forest's light basking through the trees and glories of nature, but when she wasn't finding any sign of her family, there was a panic as the sun began to vanish. Soon it was complete night, scared and in tears, she cried to herself wondering the woods shivering from the cold. Something hungry found her eventually, a large wolf with large horns growing out from it's matted fur. Before it could lunge at the terrified girl, an arrow was shot into its head. It fell to her feet and the one that had made its mark was Leo, her father and brother armed with guards right behind him. All she saw was Leo, and at once she ran to him, ignored her worried father even. Leo was all she wanted, and that want stayed stained in her heart for years to come.
Her simple crush grew to something more as years passed, and was, of course, encouraged, they were allies and around the same age, all seemed profound. But when Rosina reached the right age, she wasn't able to hope for the best anymore, she had been promised to Wykeham's eldest. There meeting was to be guessed, two young betrothed - probably neither of them knew what it meant, but she liked his gold hair and he was quite charming. She couldn't tell her mother, or anyone her honest feelings. She had a duty to her family. He stayed with them for awhile, and it was quite awkward at times, to be by his side and watch her Leo often in the halls. She had to lock her feelings up tight. The other children of the court pushed her to the marriage, he was handsome and they looked like a good match. Yes, yes, it wouldn't be a bad match, but her heart was in turmoil.
Perhaps call it luck, though not for her parents, but the lovely Wykeham dispersed from existence one day. There were hordes of searches, but when they finally discovered a piece of his clothing at the start of the reach of the Tundra, they knew he had gone beyond them. The boy was seen as lost, dead or worse. Yes, Rosina felt sad for it, the Tundra had him and no one would push through to get him back. She knew he did not wish to make Raorenson his home, he wanted to leave, from the way his eyes were always searching North, planning an escape. The boy had got what he wanted indeed, and she prayed nothing preyed on him. With the stress of the engagement expelled, Rosina couldn't help but be a little happy, she had a chance to once again follow her wishes. A year later and that was lost as well, her father had a plan and he was going to see it met.
It was hard to be a the eldest princess of Raorenson, everyone wanted the best piece in the chessboard. For awhile, there were arguments, pushes toward one family here, a region over there. It was a battle of gifts for a crown, and the 16 year old was ready to bare sons. For years this continued, but their stubborn father already had his mind set on having her wed to a Wykeham still - he needed the sea to create a channel of trade between Theodell and Hafaleil. Soon last, Rosina was going to step up to her father to demand the ties with Rowntree were most important, but he had other plans that didn't include her for Rowntree. Saddened by that piece of news, he father announced her new engagement to the second eldest son of Wykeham. It was in writing, a contract between them. Grieved by this, Rosina couldn't look, talk, be in the same room as Leo, even her family for awhile. Her feelings weren't an option. It wasn't fair she couldn't marry someone of her choosing. At most, she tried her best to avoid him, but others pushed for this as well, she always had a watchful eye on her everywhere, from wake to sleep. A stubborn old mule of a woman - one she couldn't fool into escaping ever. Not that Leo would notice her missing. Though she loved him, he was a oblivious fool, and he was always training with her older brother.
This deep rift went on for years, the trade was established, ships were being made larger and movable with more and more precious things. Who needed a marriage so quickly? She was promised to as promised in their agreement, to come when she was called like a dog. Or worse, a lamb to be slaughtered by a lion. She would hate the nightmares she would have, that image was so deep in her mind. Rosina stayed chaste, having to wait for a man she never met, barely written, the years turned Rosina to her teachings and guidance of her younger sisters. When she hit 19, she had been done with keeping her distance from the boy she loved. Despite having a guard on her always, she made it a dedication to walk past Leo as often as she could, talk to him, give him loving smiles. A sting shocked her heart the day she discovered that her younger sister was now to be promised to Leo. How cruel. It wasn't her sister's fault, it wasn't nobody's fault, but she felt a deep jealousy that made her act quite rash.
Taking out her pen, she wrote to her fiance to come and get her before someone else does, be a man. She positively wrote the world to him. She didn't want to be here any longer, knowing the pit in her stomach from being apart from her family, her heart couldn't endure seeing Leo with her own blood. The fear, the emotions that ruled her, she tried to see it another way. Rosina needed to buckle down and move her future forward, produce sons, be a part of the world. And of course, leave her heart in Theodell. She had a shameful, sharp tongue when she felt threatened, hopefully this young lion will be able to handle her. Appearance: Username: _Amyninkai_
Name: Denry Raorenson Gender: Male Age: 21 House: Roarenson Allies: Rowntree & Wykeham Enemies: Bolbec & Faledrake Personality: Denry is a hardworking fellow, focused on only duty and observes cautiously. He is a man with a very solid sense of duty and responsibility to the Raorenson house and especially his cousin, Hadrian. Denry is reliable, trustworthy and passionate about whatever cause he decides to take up. Rare is it to find him to do anything that is self-serving or self-indulgent. But, maybe that is why people may find him often unable to relate to, for he never waivers in strife.
But at times, even Denry has his forthcomings where he is not so understanding. Because of his strong belief in his responsibilities, he feels barely any empathy for those who don't quite align with his own feelings. He will be a bit judgmental at times, and very rarely chooses opinion over fact. The same judgement would be turned onto himself if his own display does not perform to his own standards. But whatever the case, you can count on Denry to be extremely reliable and an exceptionally respectable man.
Bio: Denry is of the Raorenson House and has taken residence there since he was a child. He grew up alongside Hadrian and all of the other House heirs. His father is the brother of Lord Raorenson. Although sharing the same name as his noble cousins, Denry is far down the chain of all those who attempt to attain Lordship, so he has aimed his pursuits to becoming Lieutenant General when Hadrian becomes takes on the title of Lord of the North. But for now, Denry takes smaller steps by sparring with Hadrian and on occasion, is invited to aid the knights on missions. Henry doesn't take to kindly to mishaps and irresponsibility and will often judge if not get angry at those who oppose the order of the house. Sometimes, that need blinds him.
Denry isn't too much in favor of trying to make friends. If he enjoys the conversation, then that person's opinion will be more important to him and they will eventually gain his respect and companionship. Right now, he considers Hadrian to be his best mate in that they have very similar mindsets. Not only have they grown up together, but Denry feels as if Hadrian knows him more than most people will ever know about him. They look out for each other and Denry would come to Hadrian's aid whenever he would call. Appearance: Username: Nea Jade

[those staying in the North at Theodell]

Name: Leofrick 'Leo' Rowntree Gender: Male Age: Twenty-Five House: Rowntree Allies: Houses Raorenson and Wykeham Enemies: Houses Bolbec and Faledrake Personality: Leo is silly and oftentimes doesn't take any of the feuds of the Household seriously. He likes to joke, and will often do so at the worst times. He also has a bad habit of trying to get the goat of those that take the most offense, and a bad habit of pitying people. Bio: Leofrick is the Heir to the Rowntree House, after his elder brother who is the current Lord with no sons. Their father died a short while ago, and Leo chose to go stay at Castle Raorenson after the incident. He is good friends with the Roarensons and the Wykehams. Despite his less-than-serious nature, he will not hesitate to keep the less pleasant members of the household from picking on those he thinks are above them. Appearance: Username: Tigerlvr_Bailey

Name: Emeline Lightwood Gender: Female Age: Twenty House: Roarenson Allies: Whoever House Roarenson is allied with Enemies: Whoever Roarenson's enemies are Personality: Emeline is a soft-spoken girl, and will only voice her opinions when asked for them. However, when she is asked, she will not hesitate to speak her mind, however frank she may sound. She is very loyal to her Lady Rosina as well. Bio: Emeline is the ladies-maid to Lady Rosina Roarenson of the House Roarenson. She was born the daughter of a lowly kitchen servant at the Castle, but the Lady Rosina grew fond of the girl, and thought she was smart enough and pretty enough to be her maid. Emma can play music and sing, and often entertains her Lady this way, and she is fairly skilled in languages as well. She keeps to herself much of the time, as she doesn't feel worthy of being around such extravagant people all the time, but she is treated well. Emeline also hates that the Lady must go and marry someone she does not want to be with, for she knows of Rosie's love for Leofrick. She wishes that she was able to rescue her Lady from the fate that has been chosen from her, but as a maid, it is far out of her control Appearance: Username: Tigerlvr_Bailey

Name: Terryn Wykeham Gender: Male Age: Twenty-Three House: Wykeham [formerly] Allies: The Rebels Enemies: House Faledrake is his biggest enemy, however he dislikes them all. Personality: Terryn is generally a decent fellow, and a gentleman, but he has been known to hold grudges, and he isn't afraid to get into fights; especially where his honor is concerned. He has also been known to make rash decisions on occasion. Bio: Terryn Wykeham is the eldest son of Lord Wykeham of Hafaleil. He stayed at Castle Roarenson for some time before running off to join the rebels. His father sent him as a boy to try and help relations between the families, and he never quite forgave the man. Now he hides in the far reaches of the Tundra, plotting to rid the world of the class system with the rest of the rebels. He has no desire to go back to a world where he is forced to do what is respectable for the family rather than what he feels is best for himself. Appearance: Username: Tigerlvr_Bailey

Name: Mitrevia Faledrake Gender: Female Age: Twenty-Four [ Her image however would suggest younger ] House: Faledrake (Left due to her mother's obsessive views) Allies: Those who are against Faledrake. Enemies: None personally however it would suggest otherwise with her old home. Personality: Mitrevia is quite the free spirited given her appearance. She's strong willed and isn't one to give up without a fight. However, she is shown to have a little bit of a temper when not having to be all prim and proper. She holds deep connected feeling with the dragon she has come to tame through the years. If anything were to happen to him, she would be devastated. Bio: Being the second born in the Faledrake house, Mitre had always been among the pampered. She didn't take to kindly to it however and found it to be rather annoying. Seeing as how her younger sisters took it as a sort of treatment that no other should experience. Rebellion surged through the girl's blood, she wouldn't sit back and watch as her life was handed to her without any sort of gain. Her mother found this to be rather infuriating and would shove her views on to her daughter. Though Mitre never took them to heart. Among the children born, Mitre was the first to have and tame a dragon. A deep bond was forged between the two no doubt and would last for the years on end.

Name: King Naseer Bolbec Gender: male Age: 36 House: Edlest son, King of Bolbec. Allies: No one can be truly trusted, Faledrake & improving hostility with Wykeham. Enemies: Raorenson & Rowntree. Personality: A hateful rage and jealousy lies in this man. He has lost two wives by, one by assassination, and the second died in child birth. Naseer is a man of short words and hard to please. The only thing that seems to please him is his jewels and wealth. In some ways, all he may need is a gentle touch once more on his broken heart. Bio: The moment his father had died, Naseer was appointed King of Bolbec. A title that he took with a deep pride and purpose. Once a positive and outward young man who worked magic on the now many prospects of Bolbec, however, as grief and sorrow found him, that man no longer exists. He married a lovely woman who was sent in trade of opening back up with the Wykeham's. She had radiant red hair, he often called her his red star. His first love. She was worth his whole trove of treasures, but their first year after they had been married, they were on a honeymoon trip they had never taken, she was killed by a raid. The men bore the sigil of a raven, and at once he demanded war with Raorenson. The war lasted three months and ended in Bolbec's failure. They told him they had no folly in his wife's death, but their lies just stung more than losing to them.
His hate for the North was tremendous, but he slowly recovered both defeat and depression. He even found love again. She was a daughter of a business partner, he couldn't help himself. She often would dance for him for his parties and in a fit of lust, he took her and fell deeper in when he punched him in the nose. Secretly this girl was much like a snake, but he saw the flower in her. It was no surprise when he finally won and married her, a child was quick to follow. He was so happy to the idea of being a father, but he was cursed. She and the baby were taken from him in the hard labor of childbirth. The man, just angry at the world shut his gates to all. And it has been that way since, alone and bitter pushing family and friends far away. It has been five years since then and the hardened man has opened slightly back to Faledrake. Yet he will never be the same. Appearance: Username: _Amyninkai_
Name: Marciano "Mark" Vinci Gender: male Age: 30 House: Serves Faledrake as a hired hand at the moment. Allies: Faledrake, giving him a good chunk of money. Enemies: Not too good with politics, but if they draw on him first, he'll count you as an enemy. He ran from Rowntree, so he just avoids that area. Personality: Crude, rude, and one of the best swordsman around. To be exact, he is actually a legend through the land. Though that is fantastic and all, he loves that it has helped him with the ladies. He is an incurable hound for the ladies or anything in a skirt, please beware. He has a hard time in the moral area, if it has nothing to do with him, he'll probably leave you on your own. He has a powerful need to joke around and poke fun whenever he can, but most men take it as a ploy to fight. His ego can be bruised pretty easy, but he doesn't let it keep him down. All in all, he's a great friend to have. Bio: Marciano has come a long way from being just a squire of a great knight of Rowntree's King's guard. When he was just a lad, his skill and stubborn necessity not to quit and know everything about battle pushed him to succeed his master at just 16. Proud of him, he even met the King and was appointed a knight of his own. It was a happy moment in his life, but dread came soon after. While chasing a band of bandits, one of them had a strange magic and was burning their platoon to ash. It was horrific and being a child, he watched helplessly as everyone burned and disappeared from his eyes. He didn't know what to do so he just ran, like a coward listening to his brothers at arms scream in agony. He had never seen such a thing. He knew one thing, he could never show his face in Rowntree again. He became a boy with no title, just a sword and armor just walking on a road far South.
He met many strange people, ones who tried to take what was his, he wouldn't let them. He was going to kill the man who tried, but another man stepped forth and gave the young boy a proposition. For food and housing, Marciano was put in the fighting games in the clifftops. He fought gruesome men who would bathe themselves with his blood if he gave them the chance. The child did not like them, and he won every battle. Even won. His name went far, but eventually after he had his fill of gold and girls, he wanted. He grew up to a nice healthy man with no commitment, just keeping his name as champion. It was becoming quite dull, however, until a certain lovely creature crossed his path and had a proposition for him: find the lost princess of Faledrake. The promise of wealth and a mansion of his own, how could he refuse. It sounded like an early retirement. Appearance: Username: _Amyninkai_
Name: Ravage Raine Gender: Male Age: 31 House: N/A Allies: Money Enemies: Whoever is on the other end of his blade. Personality: Do not be fooled by his name or appearance, Ravage Raine is more sophisticated than the rampaging warriors charging into battle. It takes more than fury to lead a successful career as a mercenary, and to survive it. Years of experience and earned skills have resulted with the keen senses of the mind that are just as ferocious as his fight. Although very mysterious and private, Ravage is a determined man and inspires his men not only through words but by action. He always has a good eye on the battle, almost knowing every best possible course of action, especially strategy in teams. Ravage stands firm in his identity and will oppose anyone who thinks him any less of what he is. But, because his career takes on many stresses, he tends to get a bit burnt out, so he has a tendency to sharpen his weapons for leisure. Probably another intimidating thing to add to the list of "Reasons to fear Ravage". Intimidation had always come easy to Ravage, whether or not he wanted that effect or not. Maybe it was his face? No matter. Bio: Ravage was raised in the forest of Vitality by a group of bandits. They picked him up as a child, thinking that he was a dead body. When he awoke, he had no memory of what was before, so the bandits named him Ravage Raine because it looked as if he was beaten when they found him, and it was raining. They took him in, raised him in their work and eventually he became the leader of this band of brothers. Traveling all across the lands, visiting every village and doing a rich men's dirty work was and always has been Ravage's life. His band of mercenaries are his only family and will protect them at whatever cost. Appearance: Username: Nea Jade
