Known Chakra Elements
Only put the chakra elements in which your character has awakened (i.e. can use). You only get three, regardless of rank.
Land, Village
Land your village is in (land of fire, wind, etc.), followed by a comma, then the name of the village your character is in. If your character is a missing-nin, still include this information.
Rank, Title
Rank is a letter (A-E and S) that indicates your approximate level of danger or aptitude. Title is jounin, genin, missing-nin, etc.
