Personality
Yuurei is cool-headed but at times playful. She seems to avoid social confrontation with others preferring silence over all though she does not mind the interaction if she's the one who starts it. Her interactions with others is more prone to being strange and weird than most people. She is stubborn when it comes to her beliefs and unlikely to ever change for anyone once she puts her mind to it. Yu is ruthless in battle, regardless of her opponents age, gender, or health she will cut them down if she so chooses. Yu can be a bit on the Sadistic side when it comes to dealing with others especially people she likes (If this was our world she would be the one telling you to get in the car and each time you got close she would drive a little further away.) though she also can lean on the more masochistic side at the same time. Quick witted, witty, and a tad sarcastic when it comes to others. Her bad jokes normaly confuse people, rather than make them laugh.

This functions like a shadow clone with some upgrades. Unlike a shadow clone, the soul clone is a complete real person with part of the user's soul. You could say that there is no original for this technique. It is more like the user splits themselves into parts. The information from their mind would simply transfer to the soul clone. These clones can also take hits unlike shadow clones. There is still a time limit for how long a soul clone can be maintained. Eventually, they will have to re-merge, or one of them will die anyway.

The flames take a ghostly white appearance. They are white, but not bright white, burning dimly in a ghostly way. These are incorporeal flames, capable of passing through any material. While they do not affect matter, they consume and destroy all forms of energy and spirit. They consume, chakra as well as anti-chakra, so they will nullify chakra based techniques, while also passing through the techniques themselves. They will even consume a person's soul. The fire can be manipulated and directed as the user wills it. To create this attack actually consumes part of the users soul. They are left more empty afterwards and lose 7 jutsu points worth of techniques, which cannot be relearned. After using this technique, the user will be completely unable to use chakra until their soul readjusts, which takes a day.

Note first, that this kekki can't actually do anything by itself, but requires techniques to be made based around it. Well, it does do one thing. It allows a Chiyura to see spirits and generally have heightened spiritual senses, which is why it is E ranked.
This third eye is merely symbolic. In fact this kekki genkai is not a doujutsu. It is the mind's eye, the soul's eye. The Chiyura, more than any others have control over their own souls, and over the souls of others. In and of itself this kekki merely allows heighted spiritual senses, though Chiyura have been known to create techniques which utilize this eye, which may involve leaving their body or stealing the souls of others. Specialization will differ, depending on the individual member and factors such as element being Fire or the preference of Ninjutsu over Genjutsu. Each Kekki manfests two of the areas listed below:
Corrosion
This is the ability to affect the souls of others. One way someone could use this is to slowly erode their mind.
Self Soul Mastery
This is the ability to do neat things with your own soul and it's connection to the body. One way this is used is with partial spirit puppetry to keep the body alive in a lech-like way.

She is able to alter her soul on her arm into a particular shape and also alter its properties so that it actually gives his arm increased durability beyond that of steel.

She holds out an open palm. Only Chiyura will see that her soul extends to the sides of the palm. This is used to block incoming attacks. By closing her palm the soul will close around an object, giving her a strong grip, even if her actual hand barely touches it.

She makes the scissors sign with her hand. The soul blades extend from her finger tips, so as long as the tips touch the object, it can be cut all the way across with a quick motion of the fingers. This will cut through many materials . By catching something with paper, then switching to scissors, she can easily cut something in half.

This allows the user to temporarily transfer their memories and ability to perform a jutsu to another person. This will not dispell jutsu already activated, nor take away the user's ability to dispell jutsu that the memory of was transferred, but the user will not be able to perform the jutsu until they dispel this technique and return it to themselves. A technique cannot be dispelled until 3 days after it has been transferred. Only 1 technique can be transferred to any one character. This technique works by transferring a small portion of his own soul to the target as well. By this means, techniques that they would otherwise be unable to use with mere knowledge, such as kekkei genkai, can be enabled.

History
Yuurei is the b*****d daughter of the fire lord. Although she is the oldest, because of this and being female, she is not set to inherit the throne. Instead the feudal lord has used her as a tool, teaching her to kill even from an early age, before sending her to konoha, training her with elite ninja from konoha, though she was never actually a part of that village.
