He is a very complex person an actor, a tactician, a heartless monster, and a ok leader. By actor he can change his personalty, or choice his words to work in his favor. The Water Clone Jutsu is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

(居合道), abbreviated with iai (居合),[3] is a Japanese martial art that emphasizes being aware and capable of quickly drawing the sword and responding to a sudden attack.[4]
Iaido is associated with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard (or saya), striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard.[1] While beginning practitioners of iaido[5] may start learning with a wooden sword (bokken) depending on the teaching style of a particular instructor, most of the practitioners use the blunt edged sword, called iaitō.[6] Few, more experienced, iaido practitioners use a sharp edged sword (shinken).

These blades are sharp and can be used as projectiles sheilds or spare weapons for the users free hands, on impact if the user wills it these blades will implode pulling enemies in before it explodes releasing all chakra stored in these chakra blades. Long as the user has his blade and the user is conscious then he may keep forming these blades long as his supply does not rin out

Description: A sword technique that uses Yamato no yuris ability to cut through mostly anything and amps his cutting ability to cut space, by placing the blade into its sheath the user will begin to store vasts amount of chakra depending on how much is stored the user will quickly draw their blade swiping at the air or at the oppenent, this may appear to be one quick swipe but is around 8 to 10 swipes before the blade is sheath once more. Once sheathed the technique takes effect creating multiple large transparent bubbles of space, these are created mostly at random unless the user mentally places each bubble in a exact location. These bubbles are recreations or the moment Yamato no yuri was swung then sheathed anything caught in these spacial bubbles will be subjugated to multiple quick slices until the action of the user took before is done meaning each bubble contains the number of strikes the user took before the bubble releases the pressure stored up will create small pressure bombs of the air inside pushing back opponents who were caught in the bubble or near it. Each bubble lasts for several seconds before dispersing whether used or not. The technique does take a start up time of 8 seconds before it can be properly used. Each bubble is about 5 ft in its radius.

Element: N/A:Hardened bones from the fingertips are shot at the enemy, with a spinning motion added to the skeletal bullets. A direct hit will excavate skin, flesh, and bone. Since the bones of the user can be regenerated, the rate of fire from the user's arsenal is limitless. This technique is essential to Totsou for his long distance attacks. In the anime, these attacks were shown strong enough to easily pierce through the steel armor worn by the samurai.[2]

He is extremely proficient with this sword and can, not only deflect shuriken, but also dispatch a large number of Shadow Clones with this technique.

History
At the humble age of 10 Totsou managed to pass the tests to become a ninja in the mist, a special class that only 28 children partook in after being informed of the banned final test. Since the age of seven he started this class and by the end of it he stood alone as the graduating class his fellow classmates piled up heads removed and placed in a straight line around the corpse pile. The young Totsou was granted the rank chunin and sent out the very next day with a group of his peers to Hosuki castle to train and guard the castle. he spent a good 5 years in the walls of hosuki castle perfecting many different combat styles and jutsu fit for an assassin and a swordsman, however this life he lead came to a sudden halt after a large scale raid of corruption creatures had attacked the castle killing most of the residence leaving only totsou and a handful of ninja guards left fleeing the burning castle. his plans to return home would remain unfilled as he heard word of the five great nations fall.
Homeless and without a family to return to the group staid together turning into a small rouge group of now mercenaries, they ended up calling them self's cross skull group and even when as far as to etch in numbers on their bodies to signify their bonds and loyalty to each other. many missions later Totsou eventually took over the rank of leader after his mentor Takoma died during what was suppose to be a normal supply run.
years later the young man Totsou had acquired two very special blades through black market deals and killing the previous owner of one of the great demon weapons. his fame eventually grew ad was even called the ghost dog of Hosuki. the group took on many shady jobs but aligned with no one nation they simply had no interest in it after they had been abandoned by their own villages. Durning one mission in particular Totsou was tasked with the kidnapping of a young Uchiha girl. Back in those days having the clam to a pair of ucihas eyes was somewhat of a rare gem to the right collector, and one happened to hire their group to do so. the job itself was rather easy beating the girl in terms of strength and tactic eventually capturing her himself. he was to bring this girl to the land of snow and deliver her their but one issue after another eventually built an odd relationship between the two. eventually he grew attached to this person without even realizing it, enough so that he never actually made it to the buyer. though feeling some minuscule guilt toward the girls situation he had her stay on as a member of cross skulls for several years before sickness eventually took the girls life.

Description:
Ensui's hilt and handle, the only fully physical and material portion is an ivory white in color, with an azure stone that seems to gleam with light, and which has the kanji for 'Water' within the middle of it. This sword utilizes water to create its blade and is capable of absorbing masses of water and controlling all three states of water (liquid, solid and gas). Its water color depends on its surrounding except when mixed with the blood , then its power is said to increase greatly as it turns a crimson red. Ensui is a one-handed sword that rests on one of the belt loops on his pants. Liquid state allows it to act as a blade whip, rope or a means to pirce a enemy from a distance will always remain attached to the blade. Gas state allows the user to create a smalller mist area for quick escapes inaide this mist one can solidify portions of the mist into a solid or ice shards to attack an enemy. Soild state: turns the blade into a blade of ice many times stronger then steel, it appears to take on the properties of dry ice thanks to chakra altering its composition. Blood booster being a beter medium for water control it can increase the effects of its current ability and range times 2 only applicable to the weapon.

Description:
A Very special chakra blade developed in the land of iron, one of the 3 demon blades that came from the country, The blade can house multiple chakra elements at once releasing powerful blasts of the element, The ability to absorb energy based chakra or directly from an opponent can be used for the swords own ninjutsu.The blade can repair its self only by draining enough chakra to do so, due to its unusual ability's it was known as a demon blade. It contains one last ability only a user worthy of this blade can vibrate the blade creating a ability to cut through almost any defense. The sword acts as a channel for totsou with its near indestructible blade it been said to be able to cut even through corruption without dulling its edge. Despite the blades great abilities not anyone may use this sword, one must sacrifice part of their souls meaning losing the blade weakens the owners power by half which can lead to death. The only way to break the blade is to use strong S ranked jutsu to wear at the blades defenses. Once broken kills the user.
