I've lived in GB all my life. The Queen is there for symbolism and the Royal Family go around the world talking to world leaders and stuff. They're basically our diplomatic relations peeps. Also, without a Royal Family, we couldn't call ourselves the United KINGDOM.

Lopan Aren't you in the commonwealth though? Well yes, but we are our own country. We do acknowledge the Queen though. She's on most of our coins(If not all).
