2. Plot
Year 2075 planet earth.
There is peace within all nations and the planet continues to make progress for the future. One organization is working on creating the perfect race. This Organization is called Eden. It's main goal is to create the perfect Race but most of the plans are hidden and unknown. There is a main building in each large city of the world but the largest one its in is Chicago.
Around the streets you can see people who have had their DNA altered and have tails, ears ect. There are some who have gotten Large mutations and don't even look human anymore. These are the works of Eden. The public don't know that they are the ones who have done this though. This Organization also have been doing other things. Curing disease and been creating plans to create better ships hoping to find what else is out there in the universe. Eden created the technology to replace lost limbs with robotic ones, people who get robotic limbs are called cyborgs. The last things they created were grown humans. They are mostly clones and are hatched at the age of 23, these "grown humans" don't age. These are called Cynthetic's.
One of the largest changes is that both Mars and the Moon have bases on them. People are allowed to live on the moon and its completely colonized but Mars is still being worked on. There are creatures on the planets surface now but there are only large insects and other unpleasant creatures. Mammal cant survive. Humans have to wear oxygen masks in order to walk around the Mar's surface.
Streets, cars, buildings are still like the ones today.

3. Setting
Earth-On earth you can be just about anywhere but it may be better to be in America. Main highlight cities are:
Chicago
New York
Seattle
Mars-Only members of Eden can be here. Some exceptions might come later on in story.
Moon-The area that is Colonized is just a large dome. Out side the Dome is the normal Moon terrain.

4.Races
1. Human
Kinda self explanatory...Big hairless monkeys breeds like rabbits...smart...thumbs...enjoys shooting things...
2.Cyborgs
Basically any human that have robotic parts, may be an eye, or an arm, may be almost EVERYTHING. Also a few teenagers, called cyberpunks, outfit themselves saying their forcing human evolution.
3.Cynthetic
These people are basically re-cloned (at the age of around 23) and inserted a memory (if desired...because assigns don't need a memory) Also some don't have whats called soul programming, which allows them to feel, making some more like a machine in a human body. Cynthetics don't age, ever, thus making them sorta immortal. (shoot in the head, your dead still)
4.Mutants/evolved humans
There are people who have had their lives effected by Eden. There is no way for these people to return back to how they were before. Some Mutants gain one or two abilities instead of gaining physical mutations. Not all Humans can survive the change and die within two days of their mutation. The change is painful.

5.Rules
1. Must be Semi-lit no ** for actions and when speaking use ""
2. () {} [] or OOC for out of character chat You may only OOC chat once joined
3. Romance is okay and encouraged, but no cybering
4. No A hit. If your new and would like help on how not to A hit just ask. (IE make everything an attempt)
5. No serious god modding. Like 'so and so fell off a cliff.' Night and day and weather is okay, but dont go insane and make it night all the time or a tornado 24/7.
6. Multi chars is okay BUT you better be able to use them all and no killing them off if you cant. Its a commitment.
7. NPCs are encouraged and appreciated. These guys unlike characters, are killed quickly or leave and only serve a small purpose.
8. Dont make your char too powerful!
9. No killing unless it is approved by the victim.
10.Pm me the profiles
11.put 3nodding in profile so i know you read the rules
12.No Vampires, Demons or angels. This is a sci fi Rp.
13. Well this is not really a rule but if you need any profile changes just tell me.

Skills/abilities- Is very knowledgeable but doesn't have a true talent or ability
Personality-quiet at first but is smart and energetic when you get to know her.
Bio-Yuki Shimatsu is an average girl who has just recently been kicked out of her house due to her age. She had graduated high school and was a 4.0 student. She is very smart but she does lack in strength, still she managed to get an A in Physical Education. She has a mother, father and a little brother named David. She was extremely close to her little brother until she was kicked out of her home. She may be 18 and unprepared for life on her own but her parents still said that now that she was 18 she was old enough to make it on her own. Yuki was completely unprepared and only has a few dollars in her pocket. She has been out of the house and on her own for 2 week and is now desperately trying to get a job.
Yuki believe she had a job at Eden but after the first day she learned that things are not what they seem.

Deo had lived through many missions but when most of the other Cynthetic's from the batch he was born from was being killed off he learned that he was going to be next. Deo was able to get away in time and is currently hiding away.

Bio-Fairen doesn't know his last name because he was abandoned at just 5 he was raised by an abusive foster family and ran away when he was one due to the strange mark on his neck, no-one seems to like him. they say it is a sign of "Inner evil" so, hoping to get something out of it, he goes to Eden, not knowing what they would do to him.

She only kills for her job and when she has too. She's very kind to children you could say that's her weak spot. She's an awesome hacker and killer. She being chased by people who want to have her dead let's just say her being alive isn't all that good to them. Even though she knows hardly anything about them they think that the original stored their secrets in her head somewhere. That's why she has to change her look from time to time.

8.Updates
Mutation up date-For any who has been wondering. Anyone can become a mutant when in this Rp. Whether your human or not. Things can be added. But those who have already been mutated can't make any large changes to their character. Also talk to me about changing your character please.
Profile Changes-If there are any changes that you wish to have on your profile just ask me. I am willing to add or subtract anything you want me too.

Out in the large city of Chicago people continued on with their day. Every so often a mutant or cyborg drove or walked by. The city was still alive and busy. In the center of the City lied the main Eden building. It was the largest building in the city and it stood out the most. On the far edge part of the city was what looked like a completely separate town or city. Most people didn't know what was there.
Yuki was still a ways from the main building. But she wasn't planning on going there. She held a slice of pepperoni pizza as she walked on the side walk. Half of it was already eaten. It didn't take long for her to finish it completely. With a yawn she glanced around her surroundings. She paused when noticing that the pizza she had been eating was gone already. "Aw, you kidding right that was supposed to last for the entire day." Yuki groaned as she reached into her pocket. She only had five dollars with her and at the current moment she wouldn't be able to spend it. She needed a job or at least a loan. Yuki again glanced around her but was unable to find anything that would help her. With a sigh she put her money in her pocket and continued to walk. She stared down at the ground as she wandered.

As Yuki walked she let out another sigh. The thought of getting a job was still ringing in her head. She knew that she wouldn't last long without one. As she continued to walk a flayer suddenly flew up into her face. She figured and was flailing her arms around as she yelled. "Ah! I cant see!" It only to a moment before she realized that it was just a piece of paper. She felt embarest but took a look at it. She was surprised to see that it was an application to becoming an Eden worker. She didn't really know the odds of something like this happening but she figured she might as well just at the opportunity.

Yuki continued to walk and glanced up to see how far she was from the main building. She had about a mile to go. "Aw man you kidding right!?" She shouted to her self. Yuki pulled out the flyer again and looked at the times the building was going to be open. She had less then an hour to get there. She knew that was plenty of time to get over to the main building but she paused and looked at the time below it.
-closes at 8:30pm on sundays-
Yuki glanced over at a clock and quickly began to run as fast as she could down to the building. It was 8:05pm and she only had 25 minuets to get there on time.
