Rules .Be literate! That would mean no asterisks (*) for actions, quotes ("") for talking, italics (i) for thoughts and some sort of brackets ([]) or Out of Character (OoC) thing to show you're talking as a person not your character. Also try and spell things correctly [obviously cultural spelling differences (color might be colour) are pardoned; if you don't know how to spell it, either look it up, ask, or at least be phenetic]. And good grammar is a must. Please highlight the bottom of this page so I know you've been reading. It doesn't have to be perfect grammar, because people don't talk like that, but for the love of God, "I was picked an apple" does not make sense! Also please write third person, past tense.
.Be polite! That's pretty much self explanitory. You're character can be a b***h, but you can't!
.About profiles! Use my format. If using pictures, please do it of a real person, not some Anime picture. No uber-famous actors [such as Lindsey Lohan, Ashton Kutcher, Will Smith] or artists [such as Avril Lavigne, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake]. However, if they're not well known I will allow you to use a picture of them in a normal inviornment. As in, not the red carpet or anything like that. If you can't find a picture, write a really good description. Include skin tone, eye color, hair color, hair length, build, height, and things like that.
.No freaking with the pages! That means no quoting and no page stretchers. I passionately hate both.

Storyline Nobody really ever likes schools. Which is why are parents force us to go to them! And the worst kind? Boarding schools where we actually live there and can only go home during holidays if our families actually want us there. But this school isn't for those people who are allowed to come home. No, these are for the children who their parents don't want to raise. We'll take you in for your fifth birthday all the way to your eighteenth and your parents don't have to even think about you any time inbetween! Many adults jump on this chance to get rid of those troublesome tots and have an institute do it all for them. But what about the children? What about the poor children who are abandoned to live in a house of many other children who are unwanted? What about the children who are almost orphans and so they house here? Well you'd know, you're one of them. In the modern woods of Montana, you must live and grow knowing that you were not wanted, unloved.

The only thing I remember before this place is that my mother would never hold me. She always had some nanny take care of me instead. I remember that once I said walked up to her, pulled on her skirt and said, 'Mommy, up, up!' She slapped me and told the nanny to watch me better. Then, for my fifth birthday I was sent to St. Franco's, where I've been ever since.

Teachers These are good folks who educate and raise the kids. If you're gonna be one, make sure you put the age group you take care of and the class you teach in your Bio.

Charlie was sprawled over her made bed. She had a pounding headache that had gotten her out of classes. She was waiting for the Advil to start working, but she figured that she real reason she had a headache was because she hadn't eaten all of that day. She never could eat when she got that money in an envelope from her parents. It was like trying to swallow thumb tacks.
"Ahh... This sucks!" She yelled at her ceiling.
