Audry stumbled over the thick layers of leaves and stone surrounding her uncertain feet. She tripped over a tree root and fell onto her soft, pale hands. She scraped her palm and ripped a hole in her long, black dress. It had a low round cut and hung loose from her ribs down. Over it she wore a long black coat. Her red hair hung messy around her shoulders. Audry rubbed her face and stood up. She coughed. She had just run. She ran and walked for days. Miles. There was nothing for her there, at home. Her parents were dead. Here live was a wreck. Opening up her cloak she pulled out a white rabbit with black spots. She rubbed it between its ears and gave it the last of her carrot that she had bought on the way. "There you go MelMel." She sat down and rubbed Mel a bit more.

l'inconnu walks up behind her slowly and carefully , it had been a while since anyone had stumbled upon his estate, he was hungry. He taps her on the shoulder. "You look hungry, care to come to my mansion?" He points off in the distance.

Now, it is not often that smart people accept an offer to go into the mansion of any man. Audry WAS a smart person. However, Audry was tired, hungry, and a bit dizzy. She stood up and nodded.

Audry pulled her wrist away and rubbed it. She stared at him with a bit of a timid expression on her face. Did he know her secret?

"What?" he says " Aren't you hungry?" he had felt the lack of pulse in her wrist, he knew her secret.

She bit her lip and nodded, following very closely behind...Why, she didn't know his name at all! "Erm... May I ask who you are?" she said carefully.

Jamie peeks at the strange mansion as a man is pulling a girl, afraid of what will happen, she jumps up and confronts the strange man.

"Well my name is l'inconnu but you can call me " He turned around to see a maddened girl glaring at him " May i ask who the devil you are?" he asks the strange girl

Audry looked wide eyed at the girl. She shook her head "no".
"He isn't going to hurt me," she said, "It's cold. I need him now. Don't worry."

....l'inconnu pressing her on the neck "Not now!" he whispers "Were in the presence of a human." He turns to the crazy girl "Care to come in for a bite to drink...I mean bite to eat?" he started getting nervous.

She nodded quickly and walked in the direction of the castle. She was hungry for not only food, but blood. She hadn't had any for days.
