Background:
Created at the end of the Second Neo-Zeon War by a small group of surviving pilots and wealthy Zeon supporters that saw the end to an era of conflict. They had lost the last great leader they had and as such they believed that it was over. Not wanting to see any more blood spilled they soon after created 'The Watchmen" squad to keep in line those who wished to continue to fight and risk the lives of their fellow brothers and sisters.
