Terraforming services
Ceres has a terraforming department that would be glad to help you shape the climate and structure of your world. The following services are available:
-Shunt Comet: A comet is redirected to orbit your world, and chunks of it are cut off to burn up in your atmosphere, increasing water content.

-Carbon Bomb: Terreformers release massive amounts of carbon dioxide into the air, making your planet retain heat and become warmer.
