* DO NOT fight in this thread. If you do, the person who started it will be immediately blacklisted and they will relinquish any claim to all Pokemon they may own, without refund. This is done at my discretion; If it's not a bad fight then nothing will happen.

* Do NOT harrass or hound other Pokemon owners whether it be in the thread or on aim, msn etc. If proof is provided and received with a complaint, you can be grey-listed or banned.

* Do not lie to Ginsei, or to the staff.

* If Ginsei finds out you've not been here for a long long period of time without notifying the staff, Example: buy one in auction and never return to the thread or never RP, or never post every so often, then your Pokemon will be considered abandoned and taken from you and adopted out to another owner, without refund to you.

*No multiple attacks. one attack per pokemon per turn. if you do more, the pokemon will flee and the pokeball(if thrown after multiple attacks) will break.

* We don't mind people being away as we all have rl issues but we need to know. Pokemon are not just to be used as trophy pets. Its not that hard to post once in a while to let us know you're here and alive. We'll send out 1 warning pm when we find you've not been around a long time before removing any of your pets as abandoned.

* There are no refunds, sorry

*This is a RP MANDATORY shop. You need to rp atleast once a week. if you go 2 weeks without rping I will pm you. if you do not message me back within 3 days, your pokemon will be taken and no refund will be given.

Q. OMG so cute can I have one?
A. Yes you can, but you have to catch it or buy it in a flatsale/auction etc

Q. Can I be the pokemon?
A. No, you have to be the trainer and the pokemon

Q. Can I interut a battle and take the pokemon for myself?
A. No, if you are caught doing this you will be warned first then banned for a day then a third time you will be banned.

Q. Do you do customs?
A. Yes i do, Prices posted lower down on the page

Q. Do you do pet trades?
A. Yes I do. though do not be offended if I say no it depends on the pet and if i'm busy

Q. Can I have a legendary pokemon?
A. Yes but you have to win one in a contest/raffle/auction. they are not catchable

Q. Can they breed?
A. Yes, they will have genders

Q. Do I have to buy from a flatsale to start out?
A. No, you can start with pokeballs and use rocks/bait to catch pokemon but some pokemon will only be sold in flatsales(starters) and auctions/raffles(legends)

Q. How do I gain levels?
A. By battling other trainers and beating wild pokemon. You cannot gain exp unless the other pokemon submits or faints.

Q. I won a battle, why didnt my pokemon level up?
A. Most likely you didnt tell me. When you battle another trainer, it is on an honor system basis. BOTH trainers must PM me after the battle stating the winner. If each trainer says a different person won, no one gains exp and the battle is a scratch. This is the honors system. If someone wants to be greedy, no one wins.

FROM NOW UNTILL I CLOSE IT, ALL CUSTOMS ARE BUY ONE GET ONE HALF OFF!!
Rules:
-You may get one for a friend.
- The more expensive type of custom is the full price, the lesser is the half price.
-You can get as many as you want!
-You dont have to get the one for half price, but its quite a deal!

Regular custom: 8k (meaning just a normal colored first evo of a pokemon with gender and species chosen)
Shiny Custom: 13k (You choose gender, species and colors/patterns)
Regular lineart alteration custom: 20k (normal colored pokemon with small to medium lineart alteration)
Shiny Lineart Alteration custom: 25k (you choose colors/patterns with small to medium lineart alterations)

Regular Level customs:
Level 80 pokemon- 200k
Level 90 pokemon- 250k
Level 100 Pokemon- 300k
Level 80 one of a kind lineart(as in totally new lineart for that pokemon, diff pose and what not)- 300k
Legendary Pokemon- 500k

If you want the lv customs in shiny or lineart edit, just add that ammount to the regular price
