Many years ago while sailing the oceans, a young woman came across and uncharted island. Curious about the island the woman went ashore. The island from what she could tell had once been populated heavily with trees and other vegetation, but now most of the trees were dead the rest showed signs that they were dieing as well. As she walked amongst the dieing and decaying trees she heard a small voice in her head.

?Will you help us please?? the voice asked. The woman looked around confused. As she looked around a small cat creature came out from behind one of the dieing trees. The cat creature stood on two legs and in some ways looked human as well. In height wise it stood as tall as normal human child. ?Please don?t be scared,? the voice came again.

Speechless the woman looked at the cat creature then pointed at it, understanding what she was thinking the creature gave a small smile and nod. ?What are you?? she finally asked.

?I?m a Tomkin,? the creature smiled. ?Can you help us?? it asked again.

?What do you need help with?? She asked kneeling down to look in the Tomkin?s eyes.

With that the Tomkin told her how the island had been plagued with a mysterious new breed of insect that had mysteriously appeared on the island one day and ever since had been sucking the life out of all of the plants, which were the main source of food for the Tomkins. Because of the lack of food many Tomkins had became sick and some had died. Now the Tomkins were hoping to find a new home.

The woman thought for a moment. She smiled and asked the Tomkin what it thought of them coming to live along side with humans as companions. The Tomkin look thought full at her for a moment than ran off in to the forest of dieing trees. The woman watched the Tomkin puzzled. After 15 minutes, just as the woman was bout to start back to her boat the Tomkin returned fallowed by others.

?We want to go with you,? the Tomkin smiled, the others nodded in agreement.

So with that she took them with her, in search of finding each of the Tomkins a good home???

Tomkins are telepathic creatures. They have three stages of growth: fluff, Child, and Adult. Tomkins powers all deal with the mind, each Tomkin?s power varies with how they are RPed. Tomkins prefer to eat mainly fruits and vegetables, but will eat just about anything.

Tomkin powers are gained through RPing. Their powers remain unknown till they?ve proven that they are ready for them.

There are three breeds of Tomkins; commons, angelics, and demonics. Anglics and demonics are rare and cost more.

Fluff - Fluffs are the first stage of Tomkins and are quite adorable. As fluffs Tomkins must learn from their owners how to communicate telepathically. Fluffs can only communicate to their owners and other fluffs. Fluff to Child takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Child - As a child Tomkins can now communicate fluently with telepathy. They are very curious and love to explore. Children have a lot of energy and need to have something to do almost at all times. Children also love to play. Child to Adult takes 3 to 5 weeks, depending on how active they are. <center> User Image

Adult - Adult Tomkins are the final stage of Tomkin life. At this stage they are calmer than they were as a child. Now the Tomkins will start to want to learn how to use their powers.

General Rules

Rules of Ownership
1. Fallow all shop Rules.
2. I no longer require these guys to be RPed, but I dont want anyone to buy one and just disapare. If you dont drop by the shop or post either in it journal or RP thread ONCE A MONTH at least, you Tomkin(s) will be taken away.

Flatsale Rules
1. First come first serve.
2. Wait till go is posted.
3. You may only by one for yourself in a flatsale, you may by up to two more for friends if you wish.
4. No whining if you don?t get the one you want.

- - Only if there some available for sale.
2. How can I get one?
- - They can only be purchased through flatsale, auction, or raffles. Also I may give one out to those whom I find deserves one for free, but this will be rare.
3. Can I get a custom?
- - Alter Julia is plaining on doing some, Aya may do some occassionally but dose not have too much time to do them.
4. Do I have to RP my Tomkin?
- - No but you have to drop by the shop at least once a month, or Tomkin will be taken away. All Tomkins come w/ journals, and they along w/ RPing in the RP thread will count twords your once a month thing.
- - Lets see this thread, RP thread, or in your Tomkin?s Journal.
6. Is there a limit on how many I can own?
- - Nope.
7. What happened my Tomkin is gone!
- - Well you didnt stop by the shop for a whole moth without letting us know before hand.

Each and every Tomkin will receive a journal. In each Journal there is a post for quest. Every so often Tomkins will resieve quest for items, you may have to buy em, or RP Quests. More info will come latter on these.
