Characters

Player (You)
You have the ability to effectively slow down time. This is because of your 'lightning-fast reactions'. The Player can also perform kicks, flying kicks and slide kicks which eliminate common soldiers in one. You have been sent in on your first day to take out Paxton Fettel.

Rowdy Betters
F.E.A.R. Team Coordinator. He sent you on a dangerous mission on your first day, so he must trust you. He did this on the basis of your amazing reaction test results. You will stay in touch with him in-game through your radio headset, and a camera mounted on you.

Jankowski
F.E.A.R. Team Support Op. Jankowski will be your Heavy Weapons support. He drives the car sometimes, and mans the helicopter turret. Although doubtful of your abilities at first, he will surely soon realise your talent.

Jin Sun-Kwon
F.E.A.R. Team Marksman. Jin is the sharpshooter of the F.E.A.R. team. She also has exceptional hearing... although it unknown how much this will affect the game.

Douglas Holiday
F.E.A.R. Team Specialist. The demolitions expert. Presumably Holiday will help you by blowing through walls, and various other tasks which will always be an eye candy treat.

Paxton Fettel
Visited by Alma at the beginning of the intro sequence, he is ordered to "Kill them all". Fettel can control the clones via telepathy. He has a taste for human flesh, which is rumoured to be in order to gain information from the victim.

Alma
Clues suggest that Alma is the missing child of an ATC worker. She can tear apart squads without taking any damage at all. It is not know whether she is a direct enemy of you, as throughout the demo you encounter her, but she merely giggles, then disappears. Her connections with Paxton Fettel are unclear, although they appear to be on the same side.
