What does it mean to "plvl" someone?

it means power level. its when you get someone a few levels higher then you (19 lvs higher max) and get in their party, while you sit around while they kill, and you get lots of exp

I'd like to add, that it's a quite effective way for someone to level at early stages, but if it's your first time playing you're going to suck if you're plvled because one day you'll be level 60+ and not know anything about the game except, "I was plvled".
Later levels when people can't find a fs (full support) or Ringmaster they tend to look for someone in their level range just for the fact that if you plvl someone in a full contri party you get bonus exp from it being full and the lower the level is of the partner you're letting leech off you, the more exp the two of you will get.
I let guildies leech off me once in a while if I can't get a fs/rm, because frankly I'd rather be getting .08 exp than .03.
