 The Hog's Head
Welcome to The Hog's Head inn and pub! A small inn in Hogsmeade, on a side street off the main street, much dirtier than the Three Broomsticks. The bar consists of a single small, dirty room smelling strongly of something that might be goats; while students are permitted to go in, they're advised to bring their own glasses.

Softly humming in th enearly deserted bar, Kirra tapped her fingers to the beat of an old Muggle song her mother had particularly loved. Popping the cap off ehr Firewisky, she took a swig of the stinging liquid after singing: "'Relax,' said the nightman, 'We are programmed to receive. You can check-out any time you like, but you can never leave!'."
She smiled bitterly at that line, thinking of her family.

"Dipping into the firewhiskey again are we?" said Rowena coming into Hogs Head and taking a seat next to Kirra. She was dressed in a bright fuschia robe with colorful spectacles on her nose and a blue/green striped dress underneath.
"I'll have a firewhiskey," she ordered, thinking a bit and then finished, "and a Calamari sandwich." Rowena turned to Kirra.
"I hate pub food, but I'm hungry what can I say?" she chuckled. The hairless cat known as Agrippina krept from under her striped dress, eyeing Kirra. The bartender delivered her food and drink. She thanked him and began eating.
"Anything bothering you lately?"

Kirra didn't move her head, but her eyes snapped to her friend. She had her pale porcilen face leaning on her long fingered hand. Her thick charcol hair was in no desigen, and her gown did not-for once-have an hilights of color. Simply all black. She sighed and finally murmured: "I was thinking of the family I once had." She sighed again. "I don't often anymore but once in a while...and seeing that-" she stopped not wanting to fling that door open in her memory palace, the door that lead to the chamber.

"Well I'd tell you family is overrated but truth is it isn't no matter what any fool says," replied Rowena taking a bite into her calamari. The minute she took a bite the squid flied all over the place, wailing between the mustard and bread she called a sandwich.
Rowena took out her wand, "Immobulus!" she said to the food. The flailing legs silenced themselves. She took another bite.
"You've got your raven, thats family and you've got Hogwarts!" said Rowena, now taking a rather large gulp of firewhiskey.

"I know but-to us...well my mother always taught us the family was the only people we coudl trust. My sisters and I always believe her-well...look where it's gotten the Riddles..." Kirra finished her wiskey and ordered a Bloody Mary instead.

"You had sisters? Your mother is right though in some regard you can trust family but not always," said Rowena, silencing once she remembered her older brother.

"Yes," Kirra said nodding, her crimson eyes darkening at the mention of it. "I had two-twins, Camelle and Aliana Riddle." She blinked. Damn achohol always made her teary. "They were born after my father...so I was his only child with any memory of him."
Kirra looked up at Rowena. "Something wrong?"

"When Voldemort came to power my older brother who was 23 at the time betrayed my parents and told them where my mother was. She was carted off to Azkaban the minute she couldn't prove she was related to a wizard," answered Rowena.

"Oh..." Suddenly feeling like a pureblood felt dirty and evil. But she had felt this way all her life. "I'm so sorry...well...atleast you know where she is..." Kirra looked down at her hands. "I'll see what I can do for you mother..."

"Oh don't worry, she's out now thanks to Harry Potter of course. My brother's in France now with my niece and nephew as well as his shrew of a wife. Horrid woman. I've other siblings," said Rowena, now excited.
"Melania, my older sister named her son Harry after Harry Potter. She was so thankful that he'd defeated Voldemort and got my mother out of Azkaban. He's four now." She rummaged through her pockets pulling out a picture of a small blonde haired boy.
"Thats him and next to him is my other older brother Geoffrey. He just got married last year." Rowena then pulled another picture out. A man and woman sat in the picture trying not to bicker but couldn't control themselves.
"This is mum and dad," she said.

Kirra pulled out her pocket jornal There was a picture of two young girls-one with a plastic like beauty, the other with a kind round face. "Cammi and Alli, this is my mother," She said showing her a picture of a kind faces pretty woman in a Victorian silk gown. "She holding me," Kirra said pointing to the tiny bundle in the womans arms. Then she pulled out a photo of a wonderfuly handsome man and Kirra's mother.
