I've thought about it, and I wonder this "Why was V in the camp for undesirerables?" I've read the book and read the book and come up with this....I think V was face-ally deformed(phantom of opera like) and was never actually named by his parents ( I have no name So you may call me V). Thus because he deformed he stayed away from people and became good at gardening (Poof in book). Any other theories?

Oh, I always thought of him as some kind of murderer or serial killer, I mean, only one who's been desensitized to murdering people could pull off what he did to the officials and such. Gosh, I need to pull out my old comicbook and read it all over again. I think it says somewhere that V couldn't remember his past, or could he? Gah, this leaves so many questions! And my knowledge is getting all rusty. sad

Mystical_Kaba Gosh, I need to pull out my old comicbook and read it all over again. I think it says somewhere that V couldn't remember his past, or could he? He couldn't. Also, Evey concludes in all adaptations of the story that this very issue is completely irrelevant.

~*[Personally, I think he was an American College student studying abroad. That made him undesirable as it was, and he--of course--had a big mouth and protested the government, therefore was snatched.]*~
