Each espada fraccion divsion should have a speciality like the most durable heiiro, the most powerfull ceros, the fastest sonidos, the greatest pesquisas senses, the best hand to hand combat style, the best swordsman style, and even the only kido users sense vizards are capable of using cero's hell we arrancars might be capable of using kido's

Anther thing that i just thought of is that every arrancar should have to have a balanced move list there should be any attacks that a person can use without listing them on there bio and also somethings should not be alowed such as god moding and moves that could cause itlike taking control of some one or ones
