I'm doing a triangle thing with my workouts to help me loose weight faster (I want to lose at least 15 lbs. by next month, or more), and this is my current schedule.
This is how my weekly workout is:
Monday:
Walk Away the pounds 1 mile workout
Budokon
Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile workout
8-minute ab workout
Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile
Tuesday:
Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile Workout
Budokon
Walk away the pounds 4 mile walk/jog
Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile.
Wednesday:
Walk Away the lbs. 2 mile workout
Walk away the lbs. 4 mile walk/jog
Budokon
Walk Away The Pounds 1 mile
Walk away the Pounds 2 mile
Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile.
John Baedow fat loss workout (this workout involves weights, and since I do not want to gain any muscle I only include this into the workout every other week (or every two weeks))
(these are done in the afternoon)
Walk Away the Pounds 4 mile walk/job
Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile workout
Thursday and Friday are identical to Tuesday and Monday respectively, and I also do the two mile walk before I go to bed, and on some days I'll do extra running on the Gazelle, typically after I eat.
