The administration building is where major decisions about the village are made. Everything from foreign relations to village budgeting are handled here. The Kage's office is also located here.

Kicking his door open Dumb & Dumber style, he lazily hobbled into his office, and plopped himself down on his chair, and spun on it a few times, trying to think of some reason not to do the monstrous pile of papers on his desk. After coming dangerously close to setting it aflame, he sighed and pulled a pen from his desk, and picked the first paper from his pile. He read the contents of the paper aloud, laughing when he finished. "The night-guards at the village's gates have been keeping me awake for the last two nights. I demand they be quieter, or actions be taken." Nearly falling off his chair at the complaint, he spoke to himself "It's almost pathetic how much some people take their security for granted. I suppose he'd rather be killed in his sleep?" Crumpling the paper, he flung it out the open window located behind his desk, which he often did. Opening the next, he smiled. It was someone commenting a particular's squad's courtesy in it's mission. It was amazing how different one person could be front the last. Writing a quick reply, he stated he would keep the squad in mind, and he stuck it in the small 'done' pile. Laughing he said "two down, three-thousand-nine-hundred-ninety-eight more to go."

After walking around trying to find El and Rin our other teammates I fallowed Shane into Mizukage's building. We looked everywhere we could think of to find them, but we had no leads as to where El was, and every time I tried to lead Shane to where I saw Rin I just kept on getting lost. So I gave up on trying to find them right now and decided that I would find them and tell them after I get our sensei's responce. I fallowed shane into the building, up some stairs, and down a hall to his office

Shane also got a bit lost, after all it was his first time at the administration bulding, he looked around before following the signs to Bakuryu's office. Knocking on the mizukage's door, Shane looked at Kyute with a frown, "I wonder where everyone else could be...if they're not here, wanna start a small mission with the two of us?" Shane then turned his attention back to the door and waited for replies.

(Sorry bout the slow reply, my internet was off for four days)
Bakuryu looked up in surprise. He laughed as he heard Shane's question, and slowly got up and said "Sure, I think we can. I'll sign us up for a C-ranked mission. It takes place at night, just enough time for me to finish the rest of the paperwork. Why don't I meat you guys at the flat-lands in an hour? That's where it takes place. Oh, and one more thing. I believe you may be able to find El at the beach, I think he went that way when we left the training grounds. It's that or he's at his house. Rin may be at her own house too, but we'll do the mission regardless. Alright? See ya in an hour!". He sighed and began to try and finish the rest of the paperwork. He hoped he could get it done...

"Cool a C ranked mission!" I say and grin excitedly at Shane and Bakuryu-sensei. I think to myself, I look over at shane and ask him if he could try to find Rin while I try and locate El. "She's in the Housing district. If you ask some people you might find someone who has seen her and knows where she is. I'm going to head over to the beach and look for El. Hopefully I won't get lost. I'll meet you in the flat lands in an hour, ok?" I smile at shane and Bakuryu-sensei and rush off to the beach

(nah it's totally cool.)
Shane was shocked to see all the work the mizukage had, but nodded and thought about the mission. ~woah, a c-ranked mission at night!...ok now Ky gone off to find El, I should probably find Rin...~ Shane bowed to the mizukage, wondering if he could see over the pile of papers, but left after Ky. Once again, he got a bit lost, but found the exit eventually, Shane ran from the administration building, heading towards the housing district, wondering what his fellow squadmate was currently doing.

Going into overdrive/speed read mode, Bakuryu began stamping, signing, and throwing random papers. Most of them he didn't even read, he just wanted to get it all out of the way. He only read ones with actual problems, ignoring the monotonous comments and complaints. In all, it took him roughly forty-five minutes straight to get it done, but he did it. Taking a deep breath and sighing, he finally got out of the chair, and threw on some equipment of his. Taking a second look over everything to make sure he didn't miss anything, he hopped out of his window, and made his way to meet up with his students for the mission. He wondered if they would find each other.
