What are you doing to help fight global warming, if you're even doing anything at all? (You know, considering that this is a guild all about global warming, I sincerely hope you care enough to act.)
Things I'm doing to help the fight against GW: -learned the art of "power showers." -convinced the parental units that CFL's are good. (they will be installed as soon as the other, regular bubs run their course.) -unplugged all of my unused appliances. -convinced friends that recycling is cool, and that I will hurt them if they throw anything recyclable into the garbage can and vica versa. -take public transit to and from school. (okay, this one I really have no control over 'cause I don't have a liscense, but it still counts.)
That's my list so far. I'm working on finding new ways to fight, so if you have any suggestions for me, go ahead and post 'em!
Let me see your lists!!

um.. I run cross counrty, which gives me the strength to walk home from school. (I am also very quick at dodging cars too wink )
I drive a fuel efficent car... well at least it has 30mpg.
I turn off my computer when I am not using it (may be why the guild is slow)
I re-use bottles from bottle water and just refill them with tap.

MY LIST:
I walk almost EVERYWHERE.
I turn off lights whenever not in use, and other electrical appliances.
I recycle.
We don't have a dishwasher, we do it the old fashioned way.
We wash our clothes in cold water.
Probably other things to, I just cannot think of them right now.

I walk almost everywhere. I have power showers :] We have energy efficient lights in our house + some solar power, heating etc. I recycle. I turn off and unplug all my unused apliances etc.
@ iLoveBurgers - Dishwashers use less water then handwashing, but i guess the electical use makes up for it anyway.

I sometimes walk to places, allthough I live about one hour walk away from school, so I have to catch the bus mostly... (I SOMETIMES walk atleast 40 minutes of the way home, when the bus doesn't turn up after school).
I turn off some electrical appliences when not in use (except those ones which take a hell of a time to set up and get started(
I don't ever emit unnatural gasses into the air ninja
not very much... but then again, my country isn't really that bad.

Pointing out to parents where in my house the heating is escaping and watching nothing get done about it. Good times.
Bussing, biking and walking. Side effect of less fast food and it's related trash.
I avoid drinking pop.
I drink tap water over bottled water as the water treatment plant we have here is quite good.
I've found that jeans take longer to dry and I don't have much space to hang everything to dry in the basement(can't dry outside unless I want frozen clothes soon)... So, I hang the jeans and throw shirts in for 15 minutes in ye old dryer. I used to throw everything in for 45 minutes and watch my shirts have these inexplicable light brown stains every so often. I eventually figured out that they were burn marks from metal buttons heating up. Yeah it's a fun dryer.
I wash the clothes in cold water.
I handwash dishes. I don't leave the tap running as I'm rinsing dishes.

-I walk most of the time. -Unplugged unused appliances. (frankly, I never heard of someone who leaves their game console and/or computer on when they never use it. D: But then, I always turn them off when I'm not using it.) -I always recycle. Sometimes even if I see a paper on the floor or whatnot, I throw it in to the nearest recycle bin..or trashcan. (Sadly, my school doesn't have recycle bins. =.=* ) -Wear warm clothes instead of turning on the heater. ;] -Drink tap water. =3 And hand wash dishes since I have never ever used the dish washer before and don't plan to. (wastes more money too...?) -Have CFL's everywhere. (but I learned that they contain mercury so err..) -Does homework first when there's daylight. (yes, you procrastinators are energy wasters... D; )
..Hmm...I think that's it? o-o;
