The times are changing. Once, the world was in a gloriously chaotic state, a place where evildoers, criminals, and ne’er do wells could make a decent living. Sure, there were still do-gooders, but the criminal still had a fighting chance. Nowadays, a girl can’t even rob a bank without facing swarms of law enforcements. It’s ridiculous! Today’s villain has to go to greater lengths in order to survive, much less thrive. But it is doable, as long as one is intelligent and has connections. You say you don’t have connections? Well, that is where I come in. I am looking to form an alliance between others who share a similar desire to do the wrong things, others who can and will take a stand against the disgusting morality that runs rampant. Thieves, charlatans, and murderers are welcome. The moral, honest, and innocent should try another place.

There has always been evil in the world, ever since the beginning of time. And in the beginning, there rose a class of people to counter them, the good. The clash between good and evil is eternal, and continues to this day. Evil dares not be as open, but it is still there. We, the good, must be constantly on our guard. In order to help advance our cause, I am forming a league of sorts, for those who are willing to stop wrongdoers where ever they might be. It is not a job for the faint of heart, but I never said that being good was easy.

The Situation:
In the modern world, the forces of good have triumphed overall. That may be about to change, at least if Dahlia Salle, a young criminal mastermind, has her way. She seeks to form an alliance between criminals, an alliance which could help to tip the balance to the side of evil. However, all is not lost, as the good also have a champion who is forming an alliance. The leader is of now unknown, but will surely be a formidable opponent. Everyone must choose an allegiance. Will you be for Good or for Evil?

Biography: Raised by parents of moderate wealth, Dahlia became accustomed to getting whatever she wanted, by any means. After the mysterious deaths of her parents, she inherited everything, and used the resources to invest in criminal enterprises. It paid off big time for her. Now, she is out to form an alliance of like-minded people of questionable morals, and the consequences will be dire if she succeeds.
Abilities: Dahlia's greatest asset is her intelligence, but as that can't always save you from an attacker, she has trained to be able to fight, even though she'd rather just poison you.
