Saddest [Scrubs] episode ever? "My Lunch," if you don't know what episode this is, it's the one where three patients die, and Dr. Cox takes the blame for their deaths. The mix of the song, and the scenes makes it such a sad moment in the show... it's the saddest scene I have ever seen in a show at all too. It's just a show, but every time I watch it I almost feel like crying... Dx
So yeah, saddest episodes of [Scrubs], list/discuss them here.

I personally think there is no contention to My Lunch for the saddest scene.
Although if I had to pick, the episodes with Ben are all really sad. My Occurence, when Ben dies, would be the worst. The scene in the graveyard... I cried, I did.
