Here's a poem I did last year before school ended.

Invisible
Am I just another wallflower?
Just another background prop?
A thing with no power?
When will this nightmare stop?

I’m invisible, a shadow stalker
Easily replaced, I’m unimportant
I weave tales, and I’m no actor
I go away, and then I’m important

You’ll realize how you forgot me
I won’t blame you, I’m not needed
So it was no surprise you left me so easily
I’ve failed, I haven’t succeeded

At this game we call life
You won’t notice I’m gone
So I’ll end it with this knife
I was just another pawn

At least death wants me
He’s calling my name
It’s okay, be that busy bee
Because it’s all the same

And for fun, I'll also post 2 poems I did more recently.

Despair Calls Me
Despair calls me
Everything’s so hopeless
Why can’t you see
This world is so loveless

I can’t understand
Why this world is broken
Everything feels bland
Creativity seems so unspoken

Despair calls me
We’ve lost sight
There’s just me, no we
Beyond repair, try as we might

People can be so blind
Look at the problems before you
My beloved country is falling behind
Problems all over, too

Despair calls me
The game called life’s over
My words now sting like a bee
Giving up, I hope no longer

Dreams of the Night
In my dreams of the night
It’s so calm and serene
Now that I can take flight
Even if it’s just a dream

In my dreams of the night
All I need to do is my best
Just do it with all my might
It’s not some sort of test

In my dreams of the night
You’re always there for me
Always holding me tight
These dreams are so lovely

In my dreams of the night
Everything’s what I want it to be
I can once more walk towards the light
If only, everybody could see

Fantastic poems Sya! 3nodding Very well written.

So, between the two of us, we have a dark poet and a macabre poet. xd Yeah, I'm the macabre one. Read Grim View. lol

My overflowing love flies up to the sky
If these revolving, never ending days I believed in

Thanks. Ah...How...Grim. ._.; Meh, I always did like dark poems. XP Dreams of the Night is currently the most recent poem. -might do another one tomorrow or something-

Are a lie you told
I'll lock them quietly away in my heart

Yes Syusaki, you are a very good poet, very talented. I love macabre work myself, in fact I have a few poems that I've written in my journal that I'd love for more people to read and comment on. Please check out my journal, and tell me what you think.
