Welcome to the land of Mithrea. Unlike Earth, it has not advanced scientifically; instead, it has magic, & the dominant race there are Anthropomorphic animals. Not to say there are no humans there, but are a minority. It is in this setting that a group of teens from Earth were transported, and most of them were transformed upon arrival in Mithrea into Anthro's themselves. Save one, & the person who brought them there. Shadetwist the Unspeakable, the one who brought the teens there, is immune for to the transformative effects, being a native to Mithrea. Now, the teens need to either find a way to convince Shadetwist to return them to Earth, or find another way back. Failing that, they need to keep them from forgetting who they really are. (Please note that this has nothing in relation to the previous "Trapped in Mithrea" RP or it's remake)

Bio: Despite his rather sinister name, Shadetwist, or Shade, is a good natured mage. Shade is an Arch-mage, one of only four in the whole of the world. As such, he is well known & respected. It is those who want to see Shade dead or removed from power who spread the rumor of Shade being a mad-man that lead to him receiving his name, Shadetwist the Unspeakable. Shade was experimenting with some teleportation spells when he was hit by a back-lash of magical energy, causing the spell to grab a handful of people from another dimension. When Shade regained his senses after the spell-strike, he found the teens lying unconcious in his study, transformed.
Weapons/Powers: The Infernal Staff/ Fire, water, ice, wind, light, dark, misc. magics. In other words, a jack of all trades. A very powerful jack-of-all-trades
Other: Shade feels guilty for the teens being trapped in his world, as he was careless with his magic. He has been working heavily to try & find away to send the teens home. Or, failing that, turn them back into humans at least.

Bio: A native of Mithrea, Nerisiries--better known as Nerise, is an apprentice of Shade. For several years now, she has been learning from him, though she is still very much a beginner when it comes to magic. Now that these teens have appeared, she's been given the task of helping them adjust to Mithrea, since there's no telling now long they'll be stuck there.
Weapons/Powers: Whip, and she's skilled with basic elemental magic, though she still cannot perform anything very advanced. And a note--she's very partial to fire.

Bio: Satoko grew up as the average teenager, having just finished high school and working a part-time job at a bookstore. However, while she was at work the other night, she got pulled into Mithrea, and transformed into a skunk-girl-thing, and has been sleeping it off ever since.
Weapons/Powers: Currently, she uses no weapons, though she's always wanted to try out a bow. As for powers--not much there aside from the occasional sprayed 'perfume'.
Other: She wears glasses--as a human, anyways. We have yet to see if her transforming has improved her vision.

Appearance: Kissa, but wearing a black shirt with slits in the back. Her wings are blue, not red, as is her tail. She has black claws on her hands, a few inches long, fangs, and her wings are much larger than in the pic, almost fifteen feet across. She has small fangs, and her hair is naturally a platinum blond... making it easy for her to dye various colors, which she often does. Her eyes used to be blue in color, but now they change depending upon her emotions. Kissa also has scales that cover her shoulders and upper back, as well as her arms up to her elbows, and her entire right arm. They are dark, almost black in color, but show their blue tint in the sunlight. Kissa stands at about 5 foot 6 and weighs less than humans now.
Bio: Well... Kissa had the cliche dead mother, abusive/alcoholic father upbringing, and therefore the equally cliche rebellious high school life. She skipped out whenever there was a new bruise on her face without an explanation. She stayed out of her house as much as she could, but instead of hanging out with gangs, she worked for a living. She worked as a waitress for a while, at a flower shop, at a bookstore, where ever. She wanted to leave home as soon as possible and live on her own and escape her life. When she was 'taken' she was busy studying for the SATs in the back of the book store she worked at.
Weapons/Powers: well, she has no weapons yet, but she does have a basic connection with fire now. She can create it and manipulate it, well, kind of.
Other: Because her earth life was less than ideal, she doesn't really care about going back, nor does she even really care about becoming human again.

Bio: Sokoya was quite thoroughly normal, having a mother, father, and one older brother-Fuer'yon. She was just finishing her first year of college actually. Her bother wished to congratulate her on it and so they were going to get together, since Sokoya couldn't see any way out of it. The night they did, however, both siblings were pulled into Mithrea, and have yet to wake
Weapons/Powers: Because of her new wings she can fly, and she can also give off a powder that puts those who inhale it to sleep. Presently has no weapons, thoguh she'd probably use daggers if she could.

Bio: Fuer'yon was just about as normal as his younger sister, Sokoya. He'd been working on becoming a veterinarian, and still had a year yet to go. His friends all seem to think he and his sister should be more social, but since the younger made it a point not to, he made congratulating her his excuse..though he didn't think it that big a deal. hey met up before the party, and blacked out, soon to find themselves in a very different place.
Weapons/Powers: Because of his new wings he can fly, and he can also breath different things, like ice breath, fire, and a few other things. they may take a bit of getting used to..He has a long, wooden staff that he enjoys hitting people over the head with.

Nerise stepped into the study, carrying a teacup in one hand. She shook her head at the sight of Shade glued to his books. Sighing, she made her way to his desk, setting the cup of tea upon its surface. "Thought you might like a drink while you work." She explained, having already decided it would be of no use to try and convince him to simply take a break from it.

Nerise only shrugged, as she hadn't actually witnessed the spell being cast. "Perhaps...but there's no use dwelling over that now." She pointed out, since the deed had already been done, there would be no going back on it. Her eyes went to the various tomes strewn across his desk, though she was unable to read much of anything from that angle. "At any rate...have you found anything useful?"

Nerise nodded her agreement, as it made sense enough. "Probably.." She murmured, her gaze absently shifting to the door, as though one of them would walk by at any time. She simply shook her head, knowing better than that. She'd likely hear them freaking out before seeing them. She doubted they would be getting back home anytime soon, though she would not voice that to Shade. "I only hope they won't have too much trouble adjusting..." She murmured absently, now speaking mostly to herself.

Nerise merely nodded at the mention of her helping the newcomers to adjust. She had little choice, it seemed, anyway. Upon him thanking her, she offered a smile and another nod. "Think nothing of it. After all, you're usually the one taking care of me." She pointed out, as it was mostly true. "I'll keep an eye on them while you rest...in case any of them should wake." She said after a moment, and was soon heading out of the study and making her way to the room the teens were still sleeping in.

Satoko slowly shifted, groaning from a throbbing pain in her head--or more like her whole body, to be precise. "Nnngh...damn...what happened?" She muttered, reaching up to adjust her glasses as she finally opened her eyes, only to find they were no longer on her face. Groaning once more, she pushed herself to a sitting position, feeling around the floor for her glasses. "Where'd they go...?"

Nerise walked into the room right about then, raising an eyebrow at the sight of the skunk-girl feeling around the floor. She decided to say nothing for now, having a feeling that it would be wise not to startle her.

Finally, Satoko found her glasses, and soon replaced them on her face, looking around. She saw Nerise standing near the doorway, and merely shrugged at the sight, though she wondered why the woman was dressed so strangely. "Where am I?" She asked as she got up to her feet--rather clumsily, her tail moving about, even if she was unaware of the extra limb.

Finally, her eyes went to her hand, which was pressed against the nearby wall for support, noting the black and white fur covering it. "What the..?" She began, pausing as she finally noticed the extra body part. Turning her head, her eyes widened at the sight of a big, fluffy tail poking out from her behind. And then in happened, her grip against the wall slipped, and she fell to the floor with a thud.

Nerise tilted her head as she watched the girl, finally stepping inside once she had fallen over. She paused as she drew near, however, covering her nose with one hand. "Perhaps I'll answer than once you've calmed down a bit.." She muttered, helping her to her feet a moment later. "Let's get you cleaned up first..." She added as she led the girl from the small room.
