A recognizable scene from the chuunin exams, the Forest of Death isn't you average patch of trees. Despite the many events that happen in the forest, walking through it, you'd never think anyone has entered it before.

Kurogane was seated in a clearing, his eyes closed as he was in meditation. The sun had not risen yet so there was a cold fog hovering around the area. "Peace at mind, one of spirit, calm of emotion..." Kurogane was doing his morning ritual before he got to all the damn paperwork in his office. He was going to need a calm head for the frustration to come.

Kurogane opened one eyes to look at the anbu warrior. "Hello Yami." The black haired Kage got to his feet and dusted off his pants before looking up at the sky. "You here for any particular reason?"

"And? I'm the Hokage. Am I not allowed a few moments peace of a morning to clear my mind and relax?" Kurogane closed his eyes and just stood there for a fem moments. "You know it's bad when I get ticked off."

Kurogane gave a small smile. "You know, there is somthing that I want to ask you. That giant sword you use, how do you wield it with the speed you do?" Kurogane cracking his neck to releave some of the stiffness that had acumulated in the past hour.

"ha...i have an ability...i can control any metal at any time. it comes with my blood."
Mikyo cut his arm and metal ran down his hand.
"i... guess i have none...i have metal... two demons and one angel."
Mikyo holds out his left hand and a column of pur Dimond came out of the ground.
"and i have an Earth ability...my left hand is earth and my right hand is metal."

"Ok ok, geez talk my ear off why don't ya." Kurogane gave a toothy grin to his ANBU captain. "Not like it matters, a big sword is useless if you can't hit any thing." As he said this he laid a hand on the hilt of the silver dragon sword at his hip.

(Not shure what you mean by column.)
Kurogane smiled at his friend. "Oh, is that a chalange? I still dont think you can do anything with that toy." Kurogane drew his long sword, the cilver blade shining in the pre-dawn light. "We both know that the better pair is me and my cilver dragon. And we can back it up to."

Belle had been sleeping soundly on a tree branch above, a couple of yards away, and was woken by the conversation. She rolled her eyes as she watched the two men challenge eachother. 'The Hokage against the ANBU captain, this should be and intresting battle... a battle to see which one has the bigger ego.' Belle giggled to herself. 'Although I'll admit i definately would not want to be caught in the middle.

Mikyo held out his right hand.
"then its a fight."
a massive metal column shot out of the ground. this was Hollow. it stood a huge 25feet and 2.5ft wide.
"this is Hollow. this is the base of 50 different types of weapons."
Mikyo held out his left hand and a smaller column came out of the ground.
"this is a new type of column. i call it..Lead. its shaped like a cannon as you can see and it shoots just as fast. and since i control metal, i can speed up the shot if needed."

"Here is the problem with your tactics, your lead pillar is earth based, this makes it weak against lightning." Kuroganes hands came together in a blur, the seal were being made so fast that none could see them and in the space of one second all forty seals had been made.
"Denki: Dageki Hiryuu (Electric Release: Shock Dragon)." The air a around hims crackled as a huge dragon made out of lightning formed around Kurogane before attacking, it's claws outstretched and its maw open in a silent roar.
