I wanted to ask how you're able to place lottery entries for Volks Dollpa. Could you do that through the international site (Tenshi no Sumika)? Or do you have to actually be in Japan to do that? I went to the Tenshi no Sumika site, and it only shows the Sato-gaeri services you could get, but there doesn't seem to be a submission button or anything else on the site.
Also, do you have to pay for a lottery entry, or is the price listed for only how much the doll costs if you win?
I understand that Dollpa 18 has already started, but I just need come information, just in case I want to get a doll in the next party. Thanks!

So far I've tried for a Dolpa limited once. The Volks USA site will have a period of three days or so during which you can enter the lottery. You "buy" the doll, add it to your cart and put in a credit card #. IF and only if you win the dol will be charged to your CC and mailed to you.
On the international site you can try for the After Event if you lose your doll. You can try buying it then but it's really hard to get dolls from the AE.
