I haven't read it recently enough to remember, but the one about "Nix's new book" and "The boy with eyes like mud" made me laugh SO hard.

I liked Case and the Creature, or whatever it was called. THe game with the numbers and stuff drove me crazy. I decided not to cheet the first time through and I ended up going in circled for who knows how long!!! but I liked it. I really wanted there to be more to the first story.

Its not really a new book, I've had it for two-or-so years, and the book 'Creature in the Case' came out in the UK as a special edition book before Across the Wall did.
As for my favourite, I loved almost every story in it. Under the Lake was creepy, and truly unique, while Down to the Scum Quarter and My New Really Epic Fantasy Series were laced with Garth Nix's wonderful humour. The only story I didn't quite like, was Lightening Bringer, and ever then I'm not entirely sure I I didn't xD

I liked all of them, but it was so long ago when I read them that I can't remember anything about them... except "Creature in the Case"

I haven't read it in a while, and I'm sick so I don't want to go get it to find the name ^_^;; but I loved the one where you kinda got to 'pick' how the story progressed. You know, the "This happens pick A), B), or C)" then you pick and it tells you what page to go to.
That one was so fun!
