Highlight below because it will contain spoilers but its more specific detailed.
After sasuke killed orochimaru,there was a certain part where kabuto came to naruto to give him something and it showed he planted a part of orochimaru inside himself.As he was showing this he mentioned he traveled from village to village looking for a place to call home...so what other villages was he in?
Ok and now for the non spoiler details.
Kabuto on a part of shippuden mentioned he had traveled from village to village looking for a place to call home...what other villages could he have been in?

If you look in Naruto, there are more than just villages. There are cities as well, so more than likely they could have stayed in hotel rooms too.
