Just as the name describes, this is the area in which jinchuuriku are kept in confinement until the time of extraction arrives. This area is completely sealed off from any form of light, save for the light of a single feather which can be seen floated towards the end of a rather long room. This feather, black in appearance, radiates with a very bright white light. Other than the light emitted from this feather alone, there is absolutely no light in the entire length of the room. This feather acts as a barrier which can not be subsided by any conventional means. It is a product of the Leader's own odd chakra. This is where live jinchuuriki are stored until the time of extraction arrives. This seal prevents the use of chakra from the inside, including that of the bijuu. Because there is no one else alive who posses the leaders own unique chakra, or with the knowledge to use it properly, the seal is unbreakable.
