Please help us plan out a government map plnnning. So far here are my ideas.
Note: England is a country, bigger than a state, The building shall be either located in the countryside(Out of town, or near by not in) of Oxford, or in Oxford Oxford.
Maybe 3-4 stories, plus roof. It may be bigger... Go ahead, post Ideas so we can get the map up for you ^.^

If Manhattan has nests, and Providence has the Haven, what should Oxford have? At least two Gifted are based in the countryside. I think that the area that was once near Oxford should have overgrown into a forest. I also think HQ should be in the centre of Oxford. By the way, I have never been to Oxford, but I have been to Oxfordshire and it is full of countryside and hills.

Attic where? And of course there will be the Head of the Government's office. It is empty and sealed off. The Head and agoraphobic and only corresponds through email.
