After the overthrow of Galbatorix Urubean was given back to the elves and Riders. It is now the central point for the Rider's council, young Rider's training, and it hosts any new eggs.
For the most part it stands as a large fortress and sanctuary. It has plains and fields surrounding it now. The walls hide a bustling village amid the tall structures.

Dion sat on Razzia's back and laughed as she pulled out of a dive."Im glad you enjoy that so much" though Razzia."its hard no to when your such a good flyer, you must have your mother's skill." responded Dion. then before the courage left him he yelled "flauga!" jumping of Razzia's back.
he laughed again as he flew beside razzia while drawing of her strength to maintain the spell.

Zekk Valstrom walked down the streets of Illirea looking for a sutable target. Looking through the throng of people he saw a wealthy enough looking person. Walking towarsds the man he bumped into him at the same time taking his coin pouch. "Sorry." he said walking past the man. 'Dosen't look like to much.' he thought. as he countiued down the street.

Zekk headed behind a building to count out his catch. "Eighty drakes. Thats gonna keep me going for awhile." he said to himself. Heading back out into the streets he headed for one of the vendors stands. Walking by he saw that the vendor was busy talking to one of his customers and using that distraction grabbed an applewithout the vendor seeing. Taking a smug bite he countinuedon down the street.

Dion climbed back onto razzia's back as she descended toward the crowd on silent wings."ready?" asked Razzia. "After you freind of my heart." as she dropped the last twenty feet to the ground Dion backflipped of her back.

Zekk looked in awe at the dragon and her rider. 'Well fancy that.' he thought. Walking over to the nearest onlooker he quickly and silenty took her coin purse. 'Well well looks like its my lucky day. She must be a royal with as heavy as this bag his.' he thought as he walked off taking another bite of his apple.

Dion landed beside his dragon and surveyed the crowd around him."YOU!"He yelled as he pointed at a young man who had just cut a noble's purse.

Zekk looked behind him at the rider with white eyes. "Busted." he said as he took off through the crowd. Throwing his apple to the side he started to push people to the side. 'Gotta get away.' he thought.

"Razzia track him from above il follow him from the rooftops."She awnsered by taking off and heading of in the direction of the thief.Dion jumped onto a awning and then onto a rooftop and ran after the thief

Zekk stopped running once the crowd hit its thickest. 'This should do.' he thought as he cuaght his breath and moved at a normal pace moveing with the crowd and conentrateing only on that closeing his mind off to those who would otherwise defile the inner sanctaty of his thoughts..

"Not bad." said dion as he walked the rooftops searching for the thief.after a minute of studying the crowd and learning what he could he said "this should work" said Dion as he walked to the edge of the roof. "letta!" he yelled into the crowd imbuing the words with power so everyon would notice him."There is a thief among you and i intend to catch him so if you cooperate we can get through this with as little fus as possible."he stated.

Zekk emptied half the coins in the pouch into his then put it in the nearest mans pocket. "What do you mean a thief sir?" he asked acting innocent, All the while keeping his mind closed off this time concentrating on a theif in the crowd.

"I mean that man over there." said Dion pointiong to a well dressed man at the edge of the group."you cannot hide frome me Voldia" he said after reading the mans thoughts."come with me peacefuly and we shall have no quarell but if you try to run you will not take five steps" stated dion plainly."Hes not the thief we saw Dion" chimed Razzia in an annoyed tone."I know that Razzia but i cannot see him and we cannot go away from this as fools..and he is a thief so we must take him to the guards anyway"respnded Dion

A smile spread across Zekks face. "At least justice was served." he said heartlily as he took the poach back from the man he had placed it on. Walking out of the crowd he walked towards his house, a single story building in the middle of town. Entering the building he started a fire and beganto heat up some stew. "Now to count out my earnings for the day." he said to himself. Pouring out both bags of gold on the table he counted out the total. "Four hundred and eighty drakes." he said quite pleased. Pouring out the now heated up stew into a bowl he eat merrily.
