The Cafe is the IC setting for first dates. This is the official first meeting place of all who use Joesph's dating service. Joesph doesn't give out phone numbers or emails for prior communication, he calls both parties, sets up a time, and tells them to meet here. Characters do not have to STAY at the cafe if they don't want to. They can go wherever they like. But they will be meeting up here.
The Cafe is owned, but not run by Joesph. He also provides a taxi service for those clients who don't have their own vehicles.
